The University of Alberta is truly one of Canada’s top academic and research institutions. The campus blends world-class research facilities with stunning natural beauty. Set along the North Saskatchewan River, the views from campus — especially near the River Valley — are absolutely breathtaking, offering the perfect environment to study, reflect, or take a walk between classes. That is a place of pure excellent service and compassion. The staff there is totally always on the students side . Such a calm place helps people to feel relaxed and at ease knowing the people tending to ourselves or our families loved ones

Took a friend yesterday who needed a CT scan. Why do I have to pay for parking at a hospital and if I do why can't I use my debit card not everyone has a credit card..I feel hospital parking should be FREE NOT 9 BUCKS FOR LESS THAN 2 HOURS

I was visiting the u of A Maple leaf room in the Lister building to watch the bLU talks with Rosalyn and Corey. It was a great room and I definitely expect to be back to see if I can find some more rental spaces to be rented out at this place. It was an amazing event.

My engineering and science profs were pretty good for the most part, but this place is very unfair about refunds, a little too capitalistic, and overly political. I was enrolled for a second semester of EE for 4 days and they charged me $4K because i was one day late for the 100% refund. If any other company did this it would be considered fraudulent, but even the adjudication process just denied my refund request and said i should have understood the terms. I agree that you should understand the terms and conditions of enrolment, but considering i had just signed up for the courses 5 days ago and then had to withdraw for medical reasons, it seemed like a reasonable exception. Additionally, I'm kind of pissed about the oscilloscope you have to buy for EE. It's a cheap (glorified Arduino), and they have these super nice analogue ones in the lab. Why not just use those rather than force us to buy a cheapO digital one for $500? This is one of those times i just think universities are way to capitalistically motivated (considering they are publicly funded maybe it shouldn't be about money). Text books are the same issue. Use libgen! Additionally, these guys need to separate politics from education. You are forced to agree with certain political views to pass first year physics which is pretty pathetic. No university is a place where you can openly debate and discuss ideas anymore which is a very sad state of affairs.

Parking is a rip off. 5 bucks an hour. I pay at least $60 a month at the least just in parking. Otherwise this is a good facility. The staff are top notch and make sure my needs are met. I have never had a bad experience. I come here every week.

I went to university here and overall had a positive experience. The campus is beautiful, especially in the fall, with a mix of old and new buildings. There are tons of programs and courses, and I had some really wonderful instructors.

A top notch hospital that is highly regarded by communities within Edmonton. The complex hosts the Stollery Children's hospital within the hospital a recognized western Canada institution. The Kaye center across the street from it has specialist doctors of all kinds that utilize its services to treat patients. There is convenient LRT access. It has some food court and seating areas to accommodate both staff and visitors that see to its patients.

Although I'm from Europe and study there and just been in this place as a visitor, it sure did get a great impression! All modern, well organized and greatly equipped. Although I didn't get a chance to familiarize myself with studying process here, definitely recommend considering studying here

Got a parking ticket on a Sunday in an empty parking lot. I had payed for parking within the hour I was given the ticket as I was late getting to a meeting. The fine was 100. I am a struggling university student and this is where my grocery money is going for the next week. I hope they are happy. They make us pay a ridiculous amount of money to they point where I can’t even pay for parking during the week days, but when I do splurge during times I absolutely need to my tens of thousands in tuition just isn’t enough for them. I would understand on a busy week day but this is actual greed.

The University of Alberta, known for less wait time compared to other hospitals in Edmonton, is consistently excellent. Dr. Michael James Taylor delivered exceptional care today, and I wish him all the best.

In my opinion the U of A has some of the nicest buildings in Edmonton. I am a photographer and love bringing my clients to the grounds for either wedding or engagement pictures. If you are not here for photos it is just a nice relaxing place to walk around, especially in fall.

Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. But I found myself wishing for some benches to rest on. It was a lot of walking for a senior.

Nice venue, good view of stage even in the nose bleeds. Lots of washrooms so lines for women aren't awful. Comfortable seats and staff were pleasant.

The worst experience I have ever had. I have a shattered ankle and I sat in the emergency ward for 10 hrs without anyone coming to see if I was ok not even the offer of something for the pain which was unbelievable bad almost passed out from it and when I asked if someone was going to see me I was told I would have to wait even longer no wait time was given. The staff there have no compassion whatsoever for their fellow human beings it's all about themselves I am truly applaud at the way they run that place. THANKS FOR CARING U OF A. not

A teacher named Doug Gingrich is harassing and stalking my daughter for months. The school refuses to do anything about it. My daughter lives in fear because of him.
