Very bad experience at Amr Al Diyafa Center – BurJuman. The service is extremely poor, and the staff’s attitude is unprofessional. Customer service is terrible, with no respect for customers or their time. I do not recommend this place at all.

Today is Monday and waited for them to give me back my Id after applying a visa for my mom I waited for 1 hour and 5 minutes . So unprofessional , a lot of people were waiting also

One of the worst amer center, they have such a rude and unprofessional staffs in a reception. Also they they don't provide the proper information and documentation process, all they care for is their profit and payments. I would highly suggest not to visit this place rather visit other centers nearby.

Many people online claiming that they belong to your center using Amer center DP also and kiss guiding customer Is that your staff

Wanted to cancel the residency of my mother and apply for security deposit request. Before I visited them I went to another Amer and they submitted my paperwork but they didn’t know what’s actually needed and that cost me at least two weeks of lost time. But when I went to Aldiyfa, they solved the issue in less than ten minutes literally. They knew exactly what’s needed and didn’t charge me for anything even though they were helping in a mistake somewhere else did.

Not sure how they sustain but they have more staff then the customers in the branch and still take more than 1hour to even respond. I got a token with 8 customers ahead of me and they have 15+ counters, still it takes them more than 1.5hours. Also only after I escalated they called me and after I reached the counter of the supervisor for escalation, he asked for basic details which I gave, made me wait for 15 minutes more checking random things and then says OK what's your phone number let me open the file to check now. Are they serious about customer service. Not sure why they charge such heaft amounts and give such poor customer service. Staff on the counter don't understand things everytime they need to call supervisors to translate conversations in English. I will never recommend this center to anyone.

I had very bad experience with the staff who was on the reception, I went there for the renewal of my EIDA , the typing guy made mistakes on the typing, when I pointed out that, he directed me to the receptionist to edit the same. Receptionist insisted of assisting me he behaved very rudely with me and asked to take a new tokens number and wait . No value for my time no apology for mistake 😒

The service at this center is very very worse.. you guys go there and wait with your token for very long time just wasting your valuable time but you’re token will not come on the screen even nobody sitting on the counter not serving any customer still you’re waiting with your token. Even informed the center supervisor was very useless apart from try to expedite he told me to come another day early morning giving me an impression I can leave the center if I don’t want to wait .. they don’t care for the walk in customers. very very disappointing. Anyone just waste time this center
