First of all, I don’t think they have any criteria to hire sales representative. They literally can’t talk in any language except Hindi. I had bought a bag worth 12k and in one week the zipper region had completely crumbled. Since it was clearly manufacturing defect, I contacted customer care and they took 12 days to approve exchange. I went to this store and they kept telling 15 days is over and we can’t exchange. I showed the email and said I need to exchange firmly. Then they asked me to see the bags. While checking out bags, they are badmouthing in Hindi thinking I can’t understand. From where do you recruit such low minded people? They are bad mouthing so loudly in a group (around 4-5 peoplr) in front of us. I really felt disgusted to be in that place. Please don’t visit this shop for anything. Though the online customer care is good, this shop people have some of the worst representatives with pathetic quality products. Also you need to recruit people who can behave well and speak English at the minimum. That is literal common sense . How do you miss this basic criteria? We do not want to converse in a language we are not comfortable with. You are supposed to make customer experience better, not worse by making them go through all this
