Visited Alfalah Bank for biometric verification. System was down since morning, and no technical support was called till 4 pm. Very disappointing service. They just keep saying please wait... Very unprofessional behaviour...

Awais sb the manager is very slow. Was the only one in bank and he took 35 mins for the cbc procedure! Its a 2 min procedure. Highly unprofessional service and behaviour

Very unprofessional behavior I visited this branch to open my business account and waited for more than 35 minutes. When I asked how long it would take, the newbie relationship manager said, If you are getting late, then please go to another branch. Extremely disappointing experience please avoid this branch if you value your time and respect.

False statements when opening bank account. I requested for payroll account but they opened up current account and says to me, you says current account. Just for some small benefits they are making false statements. It doesn't matter for me but ethically not right behaviour by staff.

A very bad experience, this branch is not recommended if you want to open a new bank account. This branch reminds of Non professional and stone age era period.

Libert market has alot of bank, This bank has ATM working 24/7 . There is problem with this atm that it us open , no room for atm

Avoid. If you have a foreign debit card you need to avoid Bank Alfalah.
