BANK ALFALAH ISLAMIC BANKING GULSHAN CHOWRANGI BRANCH

I visited this branch couple of times since last year, I must say it is the WORST branch of Bank Alfalah, just went today for Biometric of Alfa App, and thier two representatives in the picture are fixing the shi**y printer whole time while 3 customers including me is waiting in the queue, waited almost 30minutes then went back home without biometric. No customer support at all.

I have been calling Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi branch from Lahore for two days. I called about 8-10 times but no staff member answered the phone. Should they do this to a customer?

The branch staff is cooperative and nice. However whenever I try to open an account in BAFL, its a hassle because they always try to match your exact sign with NIC. With otger banks like UBL, its not the same.

Pathetic service. Servers are always down. Personally asked for the branch phone number and they gave me the head office number. Called that number and they were unable to give the Gulshan Chorangi branch phone number. The staff is least courteous. They have zero regard for the customers' time. They are a bunch of liars. After all they are also Karachiites like us, why would they be nice and helpful when nobody in this city is.

Requires Unnecessary documentation for account opening.

Average service, no enthusiasm, hardly responding staff, avoiding their basic duty which they are taking salary
