I had an absolutely terrible experience at Land Rover - Al Sadd. I visited the dealership to purchase a part for my Range Rover, they took my car they informed me that they don’t sell parts at that location and caused damage to my vehicle. When I raised the issue. They promised to repair the damage and even filed a claim through Metrash, but now they’re taking an unreasonable amount of time to respond. Imagine taking your vehicle to the dealership in perfect condition, with no paint damage or issues, and leaving with significant damage that requires parts to be replaced and repainted. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I’m still waiting for any updates or action from them. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible service, awful customer care.

Terrible Experience at Land Rover Dealership - No Respect for Customers I recently had a dreadful experience at the Land Rover dealership. I was ready to purchase a Defender 130, knew exactly what I wanted, and quickly made the deposit. After transferring the full amount, I was promised the car would be registered within a week. But after waiting a week, I was informed the car had paint damage that couldn’t be removed. Instead of resolving the issue, the sales representative suggested I take the car as is with a repaint, claiming nothing more could be done since it was already discounted. Frustrated, I asked for a refund, hoping they’d make an effort to retain my business. Instead, they quickly terminated the contract and offered a simple “sorry.” If this is how they treat potential buyers, I dread to think how they handle customers after the sale. Consider this a warning—customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority at this dealership.

I need a car cover for my Range Rover Evoque. Called them a few weeks ago and they said they’ll get back to me. No call back. I called them this afternoon and spoke to a lady who said she will check and call me back. No call back. This evening I called again only to be told they dont have car covers. Ridiculous! Dont expect service when you buy from Al Fardan.

خدمة عملاء تعبانه، اثنين منهم تواصلت معاهم عشان اخذ لي سيارة ولا حد مهتم لما اكلمهم يقولون بنردلك خبر ويسحبون، كنسلت إذا من البداية كذا اروح اخذ لي جيتور افضل من مذلتهم

Poor service: Walked in to show room for a replacement battery for my key fob, was asked a number of times for the reason for my visit... then offered a number to call to obtain the location of the service Center - thumbs down from me as I am a new owner for the brand of car and coming from the UK used to a much more helpful service

The cars are great, but the customer services are very poor , lack of communication and there is no following up. You need to chase them if you need anything. I will go to a different dealer if there was another one. 😞

When you want to take a look at the cars, you are completely free to check everything, like you have already purchased the automobile. Me and my son enjoy being there as a fan for this brand.

The place is neat and luxurious. However there is lot of unattended clients. Unfortunately for a 5 start Brand experience and price , you receive a 2 star attention!!
