کسب‌وکار Al Fardan Exchange در ریکا، با حضور پرشور و دوستانه‌تری مثل آنا رُز، رافائل و سافیان، طرفداران زیادی در میان مشتریان پیدا کرده؛ اکثر بازخوردها از سرعت، نرخ‌های رقابتی و خدمات حرفه‌ای‌شان تعریف می‌کنند و حتی چندین نفر به‌صورت خاص به این پرسنل اشاره کرده‌اند. اما در کنار این طرف مثبت، چندین شکایت جدی وجود دارد: برخی مشتریان گزارش داده‌اند که حواله‌هایشان تا هفته‌ها تأخیر دارد، تماس‌هایشان پاسخ داده نمی‌شود، یا حتی هزینه‌های بالای تبدیل ارز را نپذیرند؛ در برخی موارد، کارکنان به‌طور واضح بی‌تفاوت یا حتی کنایه‌آمیز رفتار کرده‌اند. در مجموع، Al Fardan Exchange به‌عنوان یک مرکز صرافی محبوب شناخته می‌شود، اما هنوز نیاز به بهبود در بخش پاسخگویی و شفافیت هزینه‌ها دارد.

YESTERDAY, TODAY AND TOMORROW Experienced YESTERDAY, I opt to send money to Gcash instead of bank as the Cashier explained that it will take only minutes for the recipient to receive the fund. I split the remittance into 2 so there will be no problem with the limit. 1 transaction was received 2 hours after. Then I follow up TODAY for the 2nd transaction only to learn that it will be received TOMORROW as it will be sent through a different channel. I was so shocked and disappointed. Clearly, customer care at Al Fardan Exchange is very bad. The guy who catered me failed to explain further before finalizing the transaction. Instead the other staff explained only next day when clearly there is nothing to do but wait. I feel that the staff who did my remittance request treated me as an idiot. He could have explained to me before finalizing the transaction.I could have split the transaction into 3 instead of waiting more than 48hours of supposedly in minutes only. Sorry, but this exchange is not recommendable as they greatly failed in customer care. Staff should not just work for the sake of the salary. Personal customer care should have been excellent as this is what sets them apart and different to other bank app or online remittance channel. Even if there is a long que of customers, excellent customer care service should not be ignored as competition in remittance service is very tough as there are more convenient ways to send money.

I usually do not write a review unless the service is truly and extremely poor. I made a transfer on 15/12/25 which was credited next day however I made another transfer on 16/12 and up until now it was not credited yet to the account. I visited the branch and spoke to their staff named Jude who was not even interested to assist and even sarcastically answered my questions and also promised me a callback from the manager for an update. I followed up and visited again after few days and spoke to the manager named Rafael and another lady staff who also promised me a callback if any update is given from their bank side. Up until I visited today no calls was done and was given the same answer that the money is supposedly credited from the receivers bank. Very poor service as they do not care from their customers concerns and issues just because it is jot their money at lost.

I called them 9 times and there was no service. Even if you are busy, answer the phone and say you are busy. It is better than not answering the customers.

I don’t usually complain, but this deserves an exception! This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any exchange company! The sender provided all the required details—first name, last name, mobile number, current address, and reference number—all of which are accessible in their system. The only missing detail was my middle name, which was not even an option during the submission of recipient information. Despite this, I was refused the transaction. I had to visit the branch multiple times over two days, walking under the scorching heat, only to be turned away again and again for an issue that clearly stems from a system limitation rather than an actual identification problem. Unfortunately, Al Fardan is the only available channel for this international transfer. If I had any alternative, I would definitely take it. I sincerely hope more options become available soon, because this has been a highly disappointing and exhausting experience compared to other exchange centers I’ve dealt with.

I just want to flex one of outrageous and outstanding staff of Al Fardan located in Exit 1 Al Rigga Metro Station, to Mr Raphael who always been there to assist us all the time without hesitation. I am trully not impressed by the services i got from Soufi...and this is the second time i am expiriencing this...After sending money home..he says i will definetly send you the receipients collection refference number and he will not send which makes it difficult for the receipient to collect the money..I am calling and the guy on their end cant even understand english or address my problem
