highly recomended i just love this place they have a nizami thaaal its just rs 1600 u can have 4 people with the fullest u must try that thaal m visiting this place az soon as possible

The place is always empty dont know why... but the food here is good. They maintain hygiene. Staff is good. 20Dec2023- I am increasing the rating from 4 to 5.Stars just because you started serving Tea., and I have to say the tea is Superb...

Ordered chicken kolhapuri, chicken handi and roti. Limited staff. Had to wait for a long time. 1. Chicken kolhapuri: The gravy was too sweet filled with onions and capsicum. 2. Chicken handi: Bad taste and also filled with curry leaves. 3. Roti: Not really impressive but still okay. Prices are okay, interiors are good but the gravies were flavourless.

Diamond of the past, is dust of the present. Food used to be so good but now everything is terrible. There is hardly any staff at the restaurant. We waited for 1.5 hours for order and we were the first guests to go in when the restaurant was open. We saw groups of people leaving the restaurant in frustration. I went to the reception and there was no one even at rhe reception. So guests are like fools waiting for the food in a restaurant where there is no staff. Finally when food arrived after 1.5hrs it tasted pathetic. From stale seekh kabab to bitter gravy everything was terrible. During bill payment the cashier said we are giving a discount of water bottle. It's such a joke. The water bottle was included in the platter we ordered. This was my last time at this restaurant. Better you guys close down it totally.

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Place! Visited Hotel Ali Baba in Kurla and it was an absolute disaster. The plates were dirty, and the glasses had disgusting water stains - clearly not washed properly. On top of that, the ACs weren't working at all, making the whole place hot and stuffy. It felt like they didn't care about basic hygiene or customer comfort. Honestly, this place shouldn't even be in business if they can't maintain minimum standards. Never going back and definitely don't recommend it to anyone

Highly recommended place to dine. The food, service and ambiance is absolutely amazing. The food is extremely delicious, good for the price and quantity, place is hygienic and staff is extremely hospitable especially Mr. Salman team and his team. Their special desert was just incredible. Do enquire about their specials from the staff. Absolutely wonderful experience.

A perfect dining experience! The food was exceptional, especially the chiken Tandoori, chikan kabab and chiken Tikka, The service was friendly and efficient, and the ambience was relaxed yet elegant. Highly recommend Alibaba family restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable meal.

I recently stayed at Alibaba (Arabian Kasba) Family Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to the unresponsive staff. Throughout my stay, I encountered several issues that required assistance, but the hotel staff was either unavailable or completely ignored my requests. Whether it was a simple request for finger Bowl, help with the room’s temperature control, or even inquiries at the front desk, I was met with either long delays or no response at all. It's incredibly frustrating when you’re paying for a service and can’t even get basic assistance. I understand that things can get busy, but this level of disregard for guests' needs is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re expecting even the most basic level of service. There are plenty of other options out there where you’ll be treated with the respect and attention you deserve.

Nice place with nice seating area...staff is very polite... Will highly recommend to try their chana koilwada- quantity was slightly less but it was very crispy, chicken chapli kebab with sauce- u will get a good chatpata flavour and in desert do try their arabeen pudding... We tried their Kunafa it was ok nt that great Overall we friend had a great experience dining at this restaurant

We had a great dinner tonight at Arabian kasbah. The special thaal was delicious and the dessert Istanbul kazendibi was mouth watering. Me and my family loved ur food and so thankful for ur service . Your service was very good . Thanx for the service Salman Siddiqui and team👍

Taste was not good.. I feel food not fresh... bhacha howa food chutney use karte... price so high.. customer se paisa lete hu tu food acha do.

Ambience is just great, Quite place to hang out... Service little slow But taste well and good quality. . Waiters asks 100 times is anything we could assist with... Overall a good place that too in kurla which you could hardly find.

I tried kurlas all restaurant food.thaal or kapsa they serve fried rice. But this restaurant food is delicious amazing authentic Arabic food. We order thaal and that thaal each and everything is amazing. My suggestion for restaurant if they give attention for restaurant cleanliness and they control their own smart waiters. So there restaurant go so up. Ham log khana khakar bahar nikalne Tak half r ki barish mein itna Pani bhar Gaya restaurant ke bahar ki ham logon Ko 45 minutes vahan per rukna pada sirf auto ke liye. Meri restaurant se request hai as a customer ki aap apne restaurant ke bahar thoda sa uncha walkway banaen ke kitne bhi barish ho Pani vahan jamana Ho. Kyunki as a customer mujhe khana itna pasand aane ke bad bhi Agar barish hai to main avoid karungi vahan aane. And this is restaurant loss not customer.

Ordered for tandoori barra and chapli kebab. Were informed after 10-15 mins that both items are unavailable. Order changed to Pahadi Tikka and Chicken Tikka - Both were made out of stale chicken. Absolutely Chewy and felt undercooked. Chicken Changezi Gravy was good however the chicken again was stale. Overall bad experience! Not Recommended.

Apparently the biggest size restaurant, to accommodate atleast 12- 20 person at 1 table, Service is okies Food is classic style. We always have a problem for big groups to sit all together, this problem has been resolved after this restaurant has opened up... 😃
