ALICE Restaurant Pulchowk

Had a really lovely experience at Alice Restaurant, Pulchowk. The food is consistently good and the ambience is very nice, cozy, and warm. It is also a great place to take nice pictures, ramailo vibe cha for hanging out with friends or family. The staff are very polite and helpful, which makes the whole dining experience even better. If you are visiting, you should definitely not miss the phapad chicken momo. The achar that comes with the momo is kasto twakka pareko, full of flavor, while the momo itself is so juicy yet with no extra masala, ekdam perfectly balanced taste. Crispy corn and American choupsey were decent too… Overall, highly recommended for both food and service.

Amazing food and great atmosphere! The flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything was cooked to perfection. The menu had plenty of options, and every bite was enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves tasty, fresh, and satisfying meals.

The place is really one of the best in town. They do serve best cuisine along with the best beverages as refreshments. The ambience is great along with rooftop view of the city. What i love most about the place was sizzler along with fries. Would definitely recommend for best foods and vibe.

Really liked the vibe of this place. The environment was clean and peaceful, making it a good place to sit and enjoy your time. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The food was good, service was quick, and the drinks were above average. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

Had a really pleasant experience here. We had ordered tuna maki, thicheko alu, and chicken katsu don. The tuna maki was really good and tasted very fresh. The chicken katsu don had well-balanced flavors, generous portion, and very satisfying overall. The miso soup served with it was thick and flavorful, honestly better than what I have had at many other places.The thicheko aalu was average but filling for the price. Loved the ambience, and the service was fast and attentive. Would definitely visit again !!

Walked into Alice and felt like I could actually relax here. Warm lights, lots of thoughtful wood decor, plants up top and comfy sofa seating. Service was excellent, and food-wise, pretty darn good. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese fries, which was crispy, generously topped and balanced, not too greasy. Proper nice. 4.5/5 Chicken Steam Momo (of course, what would a night out be without momo?) - it was juicy, well seasoned and cooked just as perfectly as expected. 4.5/5 Salmon Sushi was surprisingly very fresh. It was nicely plated and did not feel heavy. Definitely something I'd order next time. 4.5/5 Korean BBQ - solid flavor and solid marinade, but a bit more char would make it so much better. Still very good. 4/5 Grilled Trout Fish - well cooked and flaky. 4/5 Spaghetti Carbonara - was very creamy, but was slightly experimental, but still good. 3.75/5 Overall, Alice Restaurant has a great ambiance and food quality. It's not only about the food though, it's about the small nuances you feel while eating, which is just about as good. Would return again.

The ambience and the service were very good, but the food was not as tasty as expected. The sizzlers is not recommended at all. I would request the restaurant to improve the food quality. Overall, the experience was great.

Great city views. Both indoor and outdoor seating spaces available. Sizzler was good, chop suey not so much. Overall, good ambience but food can be better.

The service is very good , all staffs are very professional , foods are better than average , views are very good , i love it and willing to come again and again . specially staff Gagan is very polite, he know how to respect guest .

Had dinner at our go-to place today, and just like every other time, it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly keeps us coming back is the overall experience. The hospitality, cleanliness, and the genuine politeness of the staff make this place stand out every single time. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I used to love the food at Alice, especially their pork chop. I’ve been going to Alice for years, across all their outlets since the very beginning. But my recent visits to the Lalitpur outlet have been disappointing the last 2–3 times. I heard that staff and chefs have changed, and maybe that’s the reason. I really hope to see their old taste back.

The food was brilliant. The bunny garlic fried rice, sushi, chilli garlic noodles, pizza, momo, evening that our group of 16 tried, was pretty good. Our main server, Bibek dai was soft spoken and had excellent hospitality skills. A place to visit with your family for sure.

the atmosphere,vibe, ambience everything is excellent. Staff, service everything is managed and well behaved. Quality is maintained. Ordered prawn Tempura but it was soggy the batter wasn't good. Needs to improve on food.especially the prawn tempura and the trout fish. Otherwise, Crispy duck roast, crispy potato, ko they momo everything was par excellence.

Food was good. Servic was awesome. Server know how to handle the coustmer. Professional and trained server. We enjoyed our dinner and definitely we will visit again!!!

I’ve visited Alice many times with my colleagues, and it has consistently been one of the best places to dine—whether you’re with family or coworkers. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is always delicious, and the service never disappoints. Highly recommended for both casual get-togethers and special occasions!

It was very disgusting, horrible and unhealthy experience. although it is our second time of such bad..infact worse experience of dinner at Alice restaurant. Few months back we found hair in our food but we didn't complain them thinking it is human mistake, sometimes it happens. But this Friday 5th June 2026, we again had a very unhealthy experience at the same restaurant. we went there for dinner and while I was about to start eating a big cockroach was flying above my plateand it was resting in the couch where I was sitting. Can you believe that?? it is such a mockery in the name of hygiene!!!! Moreover two waiters such all these happening and reported to the manager. later while I was paying the bill, i asked the manager, why he didn't came to address out issue and atleast apologize for the incient, atleast they can offer us to change the menu????? aleast they can have a little courtesy of taking out the dish that has been served to us .....where the cockroach was flying??? what you expect your coutomers, to eat that food and get severely ill?? so pathetic.....thinking of formal complain

Disappointed with how a bad situation was handled today. I’ve been a loyal customer of Alice Restaurant from the beginning , but after my experience on 28th May, I won't be coming back. We had already placed our order and were waiting for our food when the rain started coming down hard, and the ceiling actually began leaking right over us. We mentioned it to a waiter, who went to check if there was another spot we could move to, but he just completely disappeared and never came back. We were literally left standing there, waiting for someone to help us or guide us. What really ruined it for us was the absolute lack of management. Not a single supervisor stepped in, apologized, or even seemed to care that customers were standing. I honestly get that the staff might be frustrated and burnt out if management/the company refuses to fix the building's infrastructure, but ignoring customers isn't the way to handle it. Eventually, we just walked out. And the worst part? Nobody even noticed or cared that we left. Super disappointing to see a place I used to love handle a situation so poorly.

I am very disappointed because there is no space if heavy rain falls. And all the rain are coming inside soo it should be repaired or needs to be maintained properly.
