Not even having change and telling me that i have damaged 100 rupees note service was worst 😕 and staffs are rude and talking shitty thinks about their own shop 🤣🤣🤣 it was funny keep it up alice store i will never come back to the store again

Good location, but the staff are untrained and very low qualified. It is just another local grocery shop in a departmental store set-up. Other than that their sales method is same, they try to push low to medium quality unbranded or own branded stuffs (which gives them higher profit that good quality brands)...

I've been a regular at Alice's Supermarket for more than a year now. I've known the store since the time they used to sell Grocery items. I've always had good experiences. But last week was different. The few new uneducated male staff were appointed, and they were paying close attention to the ladies who were chatting with each other, with the girls being especially interested in chatting with the co-useless staff. This was not expected from a store I love, and I am very very disappointed. The shop has become very bad and worse.

Costumer service is very bad, it's a shop for shop keeper not a costumer. The shop keepers always chitchatting in the shop and didn't allow the costumer to peacefully shop. They standing in the ways and always arranging the groceries, overall the costumers can't shop peacefully so many disturbances and costumer service is very very poor.

Pros: Fair price, range of products. Home delivery available. Located on Poonamalle high road and very close to Manavala Nagar bust stop. Cons: At times few staff may not be cooperative.

Good having clean area and products also. New stock but some items are not having stock like big size cell.,some stationary items, etc

I'm from Andhra I visited this super market all groceries available and vegetables also icecreams. I love this store and their service at each row and bill desk

Newly opened Nice arrangements accepting all kinds of payments. Lot of products on display. Till now maintaining good attitude.

The behavior of the staff is very bad, especially one boy in charge, he is insulting the customer and insulting the staff.I went to the market and they were charging 2.5 thousand taka for a carry packet but I asked for a normal carry bag and the staff gave me a normal carry bag but the guy in charge insulted all the staff and said And insulting me too, you have opened such a big shopping mall and you are not able to give a big carry to those who are spending thousands of taka.

They finding the best quality products and Selling for Reasonable Price.... Please Try to extend your market and sell formal and casual dresses for boys in Thiruvallur or Manavalanagar

Good store but not spacious enough.. Prices are okay compared to others, but if you are expecting d-mart like discounts, then you'll be disappointed.

Has all kind of groceries at affordable prices. Suitable for monthly and daily shopping as well. Good ambiance too. Looks great👍
