⭐ Review – Al Kabayel (Rolla, Sharjah) Absolutely unacceptable experience at Al Kabayel, Rolla Sharjah. Due to extremely poor and unsafe product arrangement, two items—Concord Alum Deo Stick (Small) and Concord Alum Deo Stick (Medium)—fell and broke when we simply picked up a nearby product. This was clearly the store’s fault, not ours. Instead of taking responsibility, the salesperson was shockingly arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. We were pressured and forced to pay for items we did not damage intentionally—items we don’t even use and have no need for. This is not just bad customer service, it is outright exploitation of customers. Treating loyal customers this way is unacceptable and disgraceful. If management does not address such behavior and fix their unsafe shelving practices, more customers will be treated unfairly like this. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend this branch.👎👎👎👎

Prices are good. Clothes are good. But not very wide collection like i have seen in other branches. It has very less collection.

The staff were not helpful at all. When I asked one of them to show me some products, the response I got was, “You only open and check it,” which was not helpful or professional. They didn’t try to assist or guide me with the items. During billing, I asked to pay by card, but the staff member entered an amount much higher than my total purchase. Luckily, I noticed it before completing the transaction. Customers should be careful and double-check the amount before paying. Also, parking is a hassle. There’s only paid street parking, and after 5 PM, it becomes extremely difficult to find a spot.

Very very bad customer service, they don’t know how to treat customers. Today we visited the Rolla branch we had very bad experience when we entered the shop today we give one carry bag to the bag counter and they given one token to us. But mistakenly we kept that token somewhere in the shop and we forgot about the token after that the security came to us and asked us where is your token that time only we realized we missed it but we checked all the area we went but we couldn’t find it Then when ever we were done our billing that time we checked with the same security and supervisor they are not willing to check even the cctv also they didn’t given the items what we kept there

The staff behaved very bad. They were rude, impatient, and seemed annoyed when asked for help. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.👎

هذا المركز بالذات وحسب موقعه يخدم جاليات معينة فقط..يعني ممكن ما تحصلون كل اللي تبغونه مقارنة بغيره من المراكز في مواقع أخرى

I would never recommend this shop to anyone as staff behavior is so bad especially the manager. Don't know how to respect people and so bad attitude. Even the security staff is so bad. I will rate this shop minus 200

Best place to visit and available things are good quality and affordable prices

Very cheap price.nice location very near to Rolla park and rolla bus stand.most of the items include at the price of below 20 DHS.if anyone looking for a cheap price this is one of the best places for buying a household, stationery , fancy items and electronic etc

Everything you will need, you will find there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate them If you're looking for anything for your home, definitely go there. Good prices Value for price is good

They distributed offer booklets to buildings, but upon visiting the store, the advertised items were unavailable. After inquiring with staff, I was told the items weren't in stock. This was confirmed by a supervisor, who also stated that this is a common occurrence across all markets buy other products. This has happened to me 3 or more times. Furthermore, the customer service was exceptionally poor, with rude behavior and responses even from the supervisor. i never going back to that store.

Big and discounted. You will find many options to buy in less price.

Great place for discount shopping. Whole lot of variety of household items are available. Even daily use items as detergents and toiletteries are so much cheaper here. Perfect place to shop for gift items , specially when buying them in bulk. All items are categorized and organized in aisles so easy to find specific items. Paid parking is available. Staff is amicable and helpful

Super market with very reasonable price opposite to Rolla square. Very near to rolla bus terminal and juice world.
