Excellent tailoring service with great attention to detail. The fit was perfect, the stitching was high quality, and the work was completed on time. Professional, friendly, and highly skilled. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them to others.

I had a very expensive brand dress which needed adjustment and the boutique could not deliver it to me on time. I took it to Thread & Needle and I was amazed by the quality of their work which was at the very least Hot Couture first class quality.

I had given my Amiri brand trouser for alteration at Needle & Thread with high expectations, trusting that a professional and experienced tailor would handle it. Although the charges were very high (which I was willing to pay for quality work), the final result was extremely disappointing. The tailor did not understand the required outcome, and instead of addressing the issue, he argued about the price—even after I had paid the full amount. To make matters worse, there was no management or senior authority available to report the problem to, leaving me completely dissatisfied with the service. If this is the standard of service, then paying premium prices here simply makes no sense. Definitely not the right place to come again.

I took my dress to get the stitching fixed at the bottom and they asked to charge 130aed which is ridiculous. I still agreed as it’s my go to for tailoring. It was given back to me damaged with black marks. Looks like the tailor didn’t take care of my garment and it got damaged with numerous black marks. I complained and asked that they at least pay 40aed minimum for the dry cleaning and the discount given by the reception was 25aed which doesn’t even cover the cost to dry clean. Probably won’t go back there after being a loyal customer for so long. Wouldn’t trust them with any of my clothing including designer garments. Unbelievable

Very poor stitching for triple the price. You have to follow up with them multiple times to get it right. Personally I dont think its worth it especially for high end material. After 5 alterations because they are VERY poor in common sense, I just threw my pants in the trash :( 800 AED gone for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go buy ready made pants, shirts or suits. These guys can only sew buttons.

تعديلهم للملابس لابأس فيه جيد ولكن يعيبهم اسعارهم مبالغ فيها قصروا لي بنطلون ب٢٥٠ درهم وكانوا يبون زياده، يعني اذا الواحد مستعجل وماعنده وقت يروح لمكان ابعد يضطر ويسوي عندهم

My recent visit to Needle & Thread in Dubai Mall left me extremely disappointed and disheartened. While I initially intended to source some lining fabrics, the encounter with the store's owner completely soured my experience. During my visit, the owner of the store exhibited shockingly unprofessional behavior. Instead of providing assistance or addressing inquiries in a courteous manner, the owner chose to rudely wave at me and demanded that I leave the shop immediately, right in front of other customers. This behavior was completely uncalled for and deeply upsetting. As a customer, I believe that such treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of Needle & Thread. No individual should be subjected to such disrespect, especially within the confines of a supposedly reputable establishment. I sincerely hope that the management of Needle & Thread takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Until then, I regretfully cannot recommend this store to others and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Sent my suit to be altered with the guarantee that it can be done in 48-72 hours. Walked in to the store and double and triple checked with the tailor and the person at the register. Paid a hefty sum and asked no questions because of the ‘guaranteed fast service’. Of course, it’s been 5 days, the event I was supposed to wear the suit to had passed, and it has just been completed. Horrible customer service, worried that after all I’ve paid the job wouldn’t be done well either :) (still did not pick it up). No partial refund nothing, can’t believe I paid so much for absolutely nothing…

1 star because I can't put zero. 262.50 AED to shorten a dress is criminal. Absolutely horrible value and price

The quality experienced at Needle & Thread by Al Kadri was impressive and they always make certain everything is perfect. I would recommend this tailor to anyone who wants the best.

They charged me AED 120 dirham to fix a small rip in my yoga pants which got ripped again the same minute I tried again and would not refund me the amount nor offer other services saying it will rip again due to material, which they could have told me that the first time and not wasted my money. Lousy tailoring service and overpriced!!

Analiza one of the best 😍 her smile and positivity make me wanna come over and over again. On the other side the work is fabulous professional and fast never been glad like this
