Venus and France are absolutely incredible! They’re professional, gentle, and genuinely care about their clients’ comfort and results. We always feel so welcomed and well taken care of. I also have to mention how impressed we’ve been with their laser treatments. The results have been consistently great, and the process is always smooth and comfortable. They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel confident throughout the procedure. This review is anonymous. I did laser hair removal with Frances. She was phenomenal and the clinic was very lucky to have her. I had no complaints or concerns with her services. Now, I’ve been doing laser with Venus and my results are not good. The laser isn’t doing anything since seeing Venus - if anything, my results are going from good to bad - that is backwards. I was about to recommend them but now I don’t since Frances is gone. Really disappointed. I also do recommend the front desk should do better with communication. Otherwise, Frances was super trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s a shame she left and I’m not sure why

تجربتي في البداية كانت جيدة ولكن بعد تكرار الزيارات العادة كانت سيئة جدًا. تم تركيب التيجان بطريقة خاطئة و بصمغ بدون اساس الاسنان المفقودة وتسببت في كسر متكرر داخلي لأكثر من سن خلال أيام. وعندما اشتكيت، تم إخباري أني “بتعود” أو أنتظر الأسنان لما تقع. تعامل غير مهني وجودة ضعيفة والادارة لاتهتم وياليت اهتموا ع شكواي المتكرر لايجاد حل ياخذون ريفيوا من البداية ويوم ينكشف الوضع يهملونكم. لا أنصح بالعيادة. اندم ع كل درهم حطيته وثقة حطيته فيهم.

I had an amazing experience with my laser treatment. Ms. Venus was professional and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She made sure I was at ease throughout the session. The treatment itself was quick and much more comfortable than I expected. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering laser treatments—definitely worth it! ☺️☺️☺️

I really liked the work they did with the laser sessions. Many thanks to Venus, she is very clever and kind in her treatment. It was the first time I had a session and there was a very professional nurse. A huge thank you to nurse Christina for her excellent performance with the body laser treatment. I felt some pain at times, but she took great care of me and I didn't feel any pain, which is wonderful. She is very experienced and skilled in her work. The center is fantastic and the staff is kind and helpful.
