I used to have a very good experience but today and couple of times this few months I have had bad experience, the staffs are very unorganised and especially one very light skin philippine man has been unprofessional, full of attitude even if you speak to him in polite wether you greet or ask something he seems not ready to assist and today was above all, I normally go for cup of coffee nescafe at the venda machine , there are no cups been placed at the vender machine so you have to ask and even if politely you ask can they be placed next to the machine the staff who mentioned will not respond and then you would to ask him to provide one and with the cover but he would seem annoyed and today it was the worse, u came they he was more annoyed I asked for the cup he gave me and asked for the cover he responded by "wait mam" I waited and then he went to the store and took the covers/lid and placed them inside their staff counter which you can't take unless they provide you , he pretended like I was not waiting, so I had to ask other staff a lady who apologized and provided but this was so disrespectful and full of attitude, I'm not there to ask for favor , I came they which I expect a better service. All in all the complete team seemed unorganised they are three of them but very disorganised. They used to be a guy by the name of Muhammad I recall he would be alone sometimes or with one other colleague but he was very organised and respectful. Please look into it because this kind of behaviour or treatment is not acceptable. Customer service is not maintained accurately, friendly with some and some not, all are paying for the servicr
