Hi, I am a regular customer, and I would like to share some feedback. Recently, I have experienced poor customer service from a few staff members. The behavior was not polite and felt a bit rude at times. I understand this may not apply to all staff, but I kindly request you to address this issue and ensure a more respectful and friendly customer experience.
