Great service and delivery. Couldn't find the correct engine guard replacement part for my Hyundai for days and these guys found it via WhatsApp in minutes. They then offered me a quote to order and have it delivered. Other providers. Were asking for AED 499 - AED 999. Allparts.ae sold and delivered the part for under 300 AED. It also arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Great experience

Excellent prices and service. Delivery dates are followed properly and all parts are available. My experience with Mr. Yan Sidorov as a parts manager was quite positive. Parts arrived well packaged and are genuine. Definitely trustworthy and shall order from them again.

I usually never write reviews, whether for good experiences or bad ones even. But I felt totally inclined to write a review for this company as they were truly amazing. I spent ages trying to find a specific car part and they were the only company to have it. My other big problem was needing to get it shipped all the way to the USA! The team was helpful and responsive every step of the way. They were extremely transparent and provided receipts for every expense, and even went out of their way to get us cheaper rates by leveraging their connections. They responded quickly via WhatsApp and informed us of every update. Even though we were across the world, it never felt that way. 10/10 service and I have nothing but gratitude to their entire team. Would definitely recommend and use their services again. Thank you all for everything!!

After learning how the order philosofy works, it has been very fruitful to get my spare parts from these guys. When some parts were not available from listed supplies, the whatsapp support team sourced them from local resellers with great price.

Website is very easy to operate, and has original parts catalogues, which helps you find the best alternative brands if you want. I was searching for a specific brake discs and pads brand and couldn't find it anywhere except here. Got it delivered fast!

The worst ever service which I have experienced.They dont know how to operate a online store.Every time you have to contact them in whatsapp to check your order.I ordered 11 parts and even after 40 days there is no massage or delivery even after I have paid complete amount including the delivery charges.Every time you have to contact them and the delivery came with only three parts and still no answer for other 8 parts.before ordering |I have checked with them if the fan shroud came with motor and they replied yes.Wheen the parts where delivered there is only shroud.Actually I have lost all the money which I have paid to them.This site is not even one percent recomented.

Site looks pretty good. But their service is extremely bad because i ordered a part from allparts and i was tracking the order every day.The site gave me a delivery date so i was waiting for it. Then even past the delivery date the part has not arrived.So i called the customer service & they told me that you products price has been increased from 380$ to 780$ approx. I argued with them and they offered me a refund.

I ordered several pieces and they are genuine, I recommend them.

In my opinion, I had a great experience from the team. Although i see some reviews are talking about the delivery times, from what I understood the problem would be from the supplier which the team at ALLParts works on getting the shipment to you As Soon As Possible where i Did not see any problem wheree if i did not get the shipment at the promised time i get it within the week of the shipment date. I had a great experience with my account Manager Yan Sidrov with quick replies and fast communication about my order.

The worst online part store 1- I ordered in July 2024 and now it’s the end of September and I haven’t received my parts yet 2- they will never see or follow your order unless if you send them a message in WhatsApp and even though you won’t receive your parts 3- I had to reorder some parts multiple times cuz they say the part you ordered is out of stock after they receive your money (I understand it’s not their fault but it’s frustrating) 4- I’m starting to think it’s a scam or something 5- I ordered parts from multiple websites from US and I received all of them within 2 weeks. And I’m still waiting for them 6- in summary, you will be fooled by the prices and the availability of your parts but trust me DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I highly recommend them, simple process , 100% genuine parts, very good customer service via their whatsapp and website. Don’t trust any bad reviews about them they were really good with me and I got my remote for my infinity in around 7 days. I paid like 60 USD instead of 1500 AED if I had to buy it from Infinity directly . 100 Percent LEGIT !!

I rarely write reviews, but this organization deserves special attention. First of all, they do not meet delivery deadlines at all, the website says one thing when ordering, but in fact the parts take 3 times longer to arrive. Moreover, I paid extra for parts with a faster delivery time, and in the end delivery is still delayed, it is unclear why they ask on the site to pay extra for faster delivery. Secondly, the attitude to customers is absolutely disregardful, the attitude is terrible, they do not know how to talk to a customer. In the third, I was sold not a complete set of brake disks and I was not warned that the box is only 1 unit of goods.

Trust me when I say this there is no other spare parts online store which is very well defined and let you know if the item fit or not with catalogue diagram and part number. Even though the UI is pretty decent everything else seem to be amazing. I would like to thank Mr.Yan who was my spare parts manager for helping me find the right supplier too. If you looking for spare parts this is the right place to come and keep in my mind the time depends on the supplier we choose from the website. Worth it.
