If only I can give 0 stars!! Terrible experience. This hotel is a complete scam. After agreeing on a price, they tried to charge us more and gave us different rooms than promised. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and extremely disrespectful. Each worker gives different rules — there’s zero consistency or honesty. We got food poisoning from their meals, and later they wouldn’t even let us eat in the hotel’s canteen or café without causing a scene and forcing us to pay. It was humiliating and frustrating. The whole stay was inconvenient, inconsiderate, and full of unnecessary stress. Avoid this place at all costs.

الفندق نظيف والخدمة ممتازة ولكن الغرف صغيرة وقريب من الحرم الحسيني فقط ٢٠٠ متر تقريباً مشياً

وهو فندق سياحي جميل بطابع حديث ويمتاز بقربه من الحرم الحسيني حيث يبعد عن الحرم أقل من 100 متر وهو يمتاز بجمالية المظهر واطلالته على الصحن الحسيني الشريف وكذلك لا يقطع عنه الكهرباء نهائياً انصحن بالاقامه به حيث أنه يمتاز بالأمان بشكل ممتاز

فندق جميل و نظيف و ممتاز.. و اسعاره معقوله مقابل النظافة و الخدمات المقدمة.. كان سعره ٥٠ دولار للسرير بدون وجبات ٦٥ دولار للفرد مع الوجبات

I did visit this hotel on 26/11 and stayed two nights, the hotel very clean , has a great location 5 minutes walk from Imam Hussain, and some rooms have a great view on Haram Imam Hussain , the reception staff very friendly and helpful, the restaurant clean and has a good size I have tried the breakfast which is included with the booking was ok with variety of different food, I also tried the dinner was great with amazing tasty Iraqi dishes. The only drawbacks are the room size quite small, the entrance designed to be friendly for disable people you need help always with the wheelchair, and the prices is a bit expensive for those who want to stay longer .

One of the best hotels in Karbala, close to the shrine, the food is very delicious, the staff is also very kind.

أمس ذهبنا أربعة أشخاص للسحور وصلنا بعد الثالثة و النصف، بعد دخلنا ببضعة دقائق بدؤوا برفع الطعام...! اعترضنا و قلنا لهم أننا جلسنا تواً لكنهم اصروا و قالوا نحن يومياً نرفع البوفيه في الثالثة و النصف... علما ان السعر للشخص الواحد خمسة و عشرين ألف دينار... دفعنا المئة الف (لوجبة لم نتناولها كما يقتضي الوضع ) و نحن صاغرون و خرجنا... اعترضنا لدى موظف الاستعلامات لكن اسلوبه لم يكن مهنياً .... تجربة سيئة جداً ملاحظة : البوفيه يقدم عصير المفروض طبيعي حسب ما يدعي لكن يقومون بخلطه بالماء

فندق في غاية الروعة جديد ونظيف جدا. تعامل ممتاز وأسعاره مناسبة جدا. وقريب جدا من ضريح الامام الحسين عليه السلام. انصح به للغايه

موظفي الاستقبال تعاملهم سيئ

عجبني من ناحيه النظافه لا يناسب كبار السن لان يعتبر شوي بعيد

A new-built and clean hotel very close to Haram . Friendly staff. Acceptable buffet with fresh bread. But, it can be improved compared with similar hotels.

فندق راقي و موقع رائع وقريب جدا من مرقد سيد الشهداء و غرف ممتازة من حيث التبريد والخدمات الصحية والفندقية .... انصح الجميع بتجربته

المكان جيد و نقطه على السطر لكن لا يرقى لان يكون فندق اتمنى ان ترقى الفنادق القريبه من العتبات المقدسه بما يرتقي و يتماشى مع مكانة زوار هذه العتبات
