I was stay in this hotel in 2023 with my umroh group. The room was spacious and clean. My room was quite wide with approximately 30 meters square. The room consist of 4 single bed located in 8th floor. The basic amenities such as towel, electric kettle, coffee and tea, and refrigerator were available. The elevator are plenty however during the busy time its hard to get to the top and down. They only provide one access card for each room while there were four guest making it hard to access the room. The restaurant located on the M floor and we got Indonesian cuisine. The food was okay with four food variety and unlimited coffee, tea, fresh water, orange juice and powdered milk selection. The distance to Haram is about 200 to 300 meters. The way to haram is little bit downstream with low inclination but the way to hotel from haram is little bit upstream. The way to haram will passing through the Ajyad bus station, the pilgrim must be aware since there are many big bus passing by and often we got honked by the bus. Considering the service and the price, this hotel is worth and suitable for a group of pilgrims.

I recently stayed at Al Masa Grand Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages, as it is conveniently situated very close to Masjid al-Nabawi, making it extremely easy to access the Haram for prayers at any time of the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful environment after long hours of عبادت. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was neat and tidy, and the overall hygiene standards were impressive. The beds were cozy, and the room facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were polite, respectful, and always ready to assist with any request. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, which added to the convenience. Additionally, there are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it easy to find everything you need within walking distance. Overall, Al Masa Grand Hotel offers an excellent stay with comfort, convenience, and great service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madina for Umrah or Ziyarat.

PLUS : +jarak dari hotel ini ke Masjidil Haram tidak terlalu jauh.. +menu yang dihidangkan di resto-nya banyak yang sesuai dengan lidah orang Indonesia.. +diseberang hotel banyak tempat berbelanja seperti minimarket yang menjual makanan, camilan, bahkan ada Warung Madura khas Indonesia diseberang hotel +Lift yang tersedia di hotel ada lebih dari 10 Lift, jadi tidak perlu rebutan MINUS: -Perlu maintenance Lift, saya pernah berada di Lift no. 8, dari lantai 17 tiba-tiba turun ke lantai 14, tapi emergency button'nya berfungsi sehingga bisa keluar Lift di lantai terdekat

The best thing in the hotel is the location The room service is upon request otherwise they don't even come The Air-conditioning in the corridors is always not working No buffet, no available place to prepare food, no oven, no microwave The reception are always friendly

يبعد عن الحرم 10 د، لا يصلح للسكن ابدا ابدا طبيعي تلقى اغراض لاشخاص قبلك بقايا طبخ وبقايا اوصاخ ودم. وهناك الكثير لا استطيع ذكره اين وزارة السياحة عنه؟!

the room is small and not clean enough. some of the pillow is smelly and has stain...the food is ok. with 3 star hotels it's ok. it has lots of lift so you don't have to wait that long to go up and down. close enough to masjidil haram. so many stores and restaurants nearby

Otel odaları çok pis geldiğimizde nevresimler değiştirilmemişti. Resepsiyonu arayıp değiştirdik fakat gelen kişi sadece yatak örtüsünü değiştirdi. Ardından yastık ve yorganın kılıfını biz söyleyince değiştirdi halbuki hepsi önceden değiştirilmiş olması gerekiyor.Ve odaların banyoları çok çok ama çok pisti. Yemek katları gerçekten temiz fakat kahvaltıda çok fazla yiyecek şahsen ben bulamadım fakat akşam yemeklerinde bazen güzel doyurucu yemekler çıktı. Otel direk zemzem towera bakiyor Kabe’ye çok yakın resmen yürüme 4-5 dakika konum açısından kesinlikle çok iyi bir yerde

هذا الفندق متوسط لا جيد و لا سيئ. المشكلة الأكبر كانت مع النظافة. عندما دخلنا الغرفة لم تكن نظيفة بشكل جيد خاصة الحمام. ثم اذا أردنا التنظيف يجد ان ندعوهم و نحن موجودين في الغرفة و يجب ان نطلب منهم القيام بالأشياء و الا يتركونها. مثلا تنظيف الحمام شيئ طبيعي و لكنهم لا يقومون بهم الا اذا طلبنا ذلك و مع هذا يقومون به بشكل غير كامل. احد عمال النظافة لم يكن لطيف ابدا في التعامل. موقع الفندق قريب من الحرم و لو انه بعد التعب يبدو بعيدا قليلا.

rooms are neat, ac n geyser work well. walkable distance of 5mins to Haram.next time if i visit makkah then i wish to stay here again in sha allah.

Staying at Almassa Grand Hotel was a wonderful experience! The room offered a breathtaking direct view of the Haram, making the stay truly spiritual. I especially loved the Indonesian food buffet—it felt like a taste of home. Excellent service and prime location for Umrah. Highly recommended!

My trip was for performing Omrah , This experience was not good from 1- the start of receptionist , we arrived at 11:00 AM morning , front office telling that they ned a time to update reservation in hotel system in addition ,telling me that my reservation didn’t include breakfast although i showed him the paid voucher but his feedback that hotel system isn’t confirmed . 2- After sending e-mail to Rehlat site , hotel confirmed reservation At 5:00 pm . 3- my reservation was quadruple room, they gave us triple room and offers to add extra bed which block the room capacity as shown in the attached photo’s, I refused and discussed this problem with hotel manager who replaced the room. 4- receptionist always not replying on phone As conclusion hotel needs more system , more professional receptionist Location of hotel is very good

Sepertinya ini salah satu hotel favorit travel Indonesia. Mungkin hampir separo tamu dari Indonesia sampai khusus Indonesia dijadikan satu resto dan ada menu khusus yakni sambal di resto ini dengan kepedasan yg lumayan alias bener2 pedes hehehe. Ada sayur mentah yang mungkin tujuannya untuk salad tapi tanpa dressing, jadilah dimakan dengan sambal jadinya lalapan deh. Variasi makanan tidak banyak, hanya berputar jenis protein jadi yang lama stay di hotel ini bisa jadi bosan. Dan yang bikin kurang nyaman bau asap sayur sop yang khas di restonya setelah lewat 2-3 hari disini bisa menurunkan selera makan, apalagi setelah keluar resto abaya, khimar, apapun yg kita pake bau asap tersebut. Selain itu minusnya Lift tidak di setting terbagi sesuai tujuan, semua berhenti disetiap lantai jadi pergerakan saat pengunjung penuh sangat lama antrinya. Semoga nanti bisa diset misalnya sebagian untuk lt G sampai lt 8 dan selanjutnya Lt ke langsung ke Lt 9 dan seterusnya agar pengunjung tidak antri terlalu. lama. O ya, disini memang untuk sekedar istirahat bukan untuk menikmati fasilitas hotel karena hotel ini cukup lama dan sesuai bintang nya jadi fasilitas sangat biasa. Untuk jarak ke Masjidil Haram sekitar 800m, jadi lumayan untuk cardio. Untuk yang membawa lansia dengan gerak terbatas dan anak2 balita perlu dipertimbangkan lagi.

الموقع جيد قريب من الحرم الفندق أقل كثيرا من التوقعات . لا يمكن القول أنه قيمه مقابل سعر إطلاقا إضاءة الغرف سيئة للغاية تم تسليم بالبداية دون تنظيف وتجهيز وده شائع الحدوث في الفندق الخلاصة الميزة الوحيدة بالفندق هو قربه من المسجد الحرام غير كده ممكن الحصول علي فنادق افضل بنفس الفئة السعرية

Alhamdulillah hp saya yg tertinggal setelah chekout tetap aman dan bisa diambil

Hotel yg cukup strategis, hanya 700 mtr dari masjidil haram.. Jln kaki 13 mnit. Makanan termasuk enak dan cocok utk lidah org Indonesia. Kmr cukup bersih walaupun msh kalah dibandingkan hotel bintang 5 di Indonesia

للاسف المكان مش نظيف والارضيه وصخه والحمام يحتاج ترميم الشي الوحيد الي شافع حق الفندق انه الاكل حلو بس الغرفه سيئة جدا وتنظيف مش عميق بس خدمتهم سريع

No proper porter services, customer service phone not attended 90-95% of the time you call from your room. Mostly if your call is attended by customer service desk the response to your requirement is not available. Further this is a 2 star hotel since it's services and amenities cannot be rated more than 2 star hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location which is close to Haram.
