Al Mesayan

We had the cocktail/mocktail experience and tried the Bedouin Date drink by Jagath and that’s incredibly delicious! We also decided to have dinner here, once again served the hospitable and lovely Jagath and team. The mixed grill is delicious and so is the cheese manakish. The vibe and environment is lovely after a swim. Highly recommended to come here! All in all, a lovely evening spent at Al Mesayan and the very poetic and beautiful Al Wathba hotel. Such a treat as a Bonvoy member! We hope to be back soon!

We were already staycaying the night at the Jumeirah Al Wathba Resort & Spa (which is fairly new) and opted for the Friday brunch/buffet dinner at Al Mabeet, inspired by Bedouin traditions. The Friday brunch/buffet dinner included: 🥘 traditional Emirati cuisine (eg the lamb and rice dish seen at Iftars, camel, mixed grill), 🦅 a meet & greet with a 3yo falcon named ‘Wathba’, who had her trainer tied to her legs so he couldn’t get away, 〰️ Henna tattooing, 🤳 ‘pods’ set up for for Instagram opps, 🔥 entertainment (belly dancers, fire twirler, live music - the fire twirler was EXCELLENT). 💡If you’re like me and have guests visiting soon who want to do something “desert-y” and try Arabic foods, or, if you’re missing Iftars already - this place is an option. The quality of the food, service and customer experience was great... at 420 AED per person, I guess it ought to be (we did get 50% off as part of our hotel staycay deal, so we paid 210 AED per person).

مطعم جميل وهادئ اغلب الاوقات .. لديهم جلسات داخليه وخارجيه .. اطلالته جميله جدا باالاخص وقت العصر و غروب الشمس .. وتعاملهم راقي جدا من موظفين و لغايه الشيف عبدالرحمن 👍 والموظفه منى ف الاستقبال .. واسعارهم معقوله .. يتوفر لديهم شاي العصر ( afternoon tae ) ب 195 درهم للشخصين .. لكن يعيب المكان انه فيه شيشه ..

Exceptional Service and Atmosphere! I had an amazing experience at the bar at Al Wathba, Luxury Collection. Ahmed, our bartender, was outstanding—he took great care of me, kept the conversation engaging, and even shared his expertise during the mixology session for guests. His passion for the craft really stood out! The shisha service was equally top-notch. The staff was incredibly attentive, always making sure the coals were changed promptly, ensuring a perfect experience throughout. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail make this place a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Our dinner at Al Mesayan in Al Wathba Resort this evening was delicious! We ordered a variety of Moroccan mezze, salads, cheese rolls and kufta rolls. The latter and the tomato dip were heavenly. Chef Zakaria is outstanding and Majed took great care of us and made our experience very enjoyable and special. The signature mocktails are a must try. Really unique combinations of flavours. We will definitely go back and recommend it to family and friends. Well done!

Nos quedamos en el hotel Al Wathba un par de noches y la magia del restaurante fue increible. Un sitio espectacular para tomar algo relajados y con una de las mejores atenciones que he recibido nunca. Todo el equipo estuvo super atento en todo momento y Majed, el gerente del local nos hizo vivir una gran experiencia hasta con una gran sorpresa para mi y mi pareja preparandonos una gran decoración para la cena. Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido jamás en un bar/restaurante. Más que recomendable, gracias por todo!
