Al Najaf Residence

Al Hamdulilah the hotel is nice and cozy. My family loved it. More importantly it was even better stay due to the hotel staff. They ensured they do their best to accommodate. Special mention of Sahil who ensured we were well taken care of. Jazakallah.

We had the privilege of staying at Al Najaf Residence and are truly thankful for the exceptional services provided, surpassing our expectations. The level of service is on par, if not superior, to hotels in Australia (our home country). The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean, the food was excellent, and the proximity (less than a minute's walk) to the Imam Ali Shrine was a great convenience. The staff, characterized by their humility, took excellent care of all the guests. Their exceptional kindness was evident when they went above and beyond to assist us in retrieving our son's pram from the airport, which had not been delivered with our flight. Their efforts made us feel truly at home. Thank you so much, and we hope, Inshallah, to return soon.

Very close to shrine. Clean. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but that is understandable because of the location. Only problem is the food is too good and you end up eating too much.

I stayed in Al Najaf Residence for over a week and I had a great experience. The hotel is so closed to the Shrine which made my frequent visits to the Shrine so easy. The rooms are not too big but not too small either. I changed the rooms thrice (due to changes in my plan). each time I was given a different room. All the rooms were so tidy with AC and a fan. Bathrooms were clean too. I really liked the staff, each member of the staff was very helping efficient. Both boys at the reception desk (at the day & night duty) are equally helpful and extremely polite. I also enjoyed the food. It was served on time and presented nicely. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be going back to Al Najaf residence again and again Insha Allah.

Clean and hygienic, close to haram , dining room has a beautiful view of the haram , rooms were clean, food was always fresh and wholesome. Staff service was helpful. Shah rukh was on of the staff who was very helpful. Thanks for the fulfilling experience

Alhumdulillah easy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful. Good variety of food available even there was something specially for kids (even picky eaters can have something). Quad room was just perfect for a family of 4. Hardly 2 minutes walk to reach Haram Mola Ali (A.S.). Would definitely recommend and stay there if I get a chance to visit the holy city again. InshaAllah.

Short distance from Imam Ali (as) rauza Shrine, less than approximately 90 meters. Home away from home environment. Comfortable stay. Clean and neat place. Excellent food. Disciplined, welcoming & very helpful staffs, cannot justify anything less than 5*

It’s a good Indian Hotel (suppose to be a non-profit org - but doesn’t seem like) in Najaf. There are better places in the vicinity at the same price point. Good part - The place is clean with great hospitable staff. Right for the reception to the kitchen staff.

Al Najaf Residence is a Home away from Home. Right from the Owners to the Caretakers to the staff all are very warm and caring. They'll go out of their way to help you & make your stay very comfortable. May Almighty always Bless them.

Amazing place ,close to Haram ,very good breakfast and food,and the best mattress I have slept on in years,bhai please could you pm me the brand of mattress you guys have in your rooms,it was like sleeping in heaven.only need to work on the shower stall as did not like the curtain ,as the area in cubicle is small,would be nice if it was all glass like kadhmain musafarkhana. Food is ghar ka khana perfect and the Shahi tukde was very delicious looks like the new manager Shahrukh is making good changes. Reception area try hanging some carpets or dharis to absorb the noise and sound Room doors should have the stick on buffer pads so that when you close the wood sound banging would be eliminated

Almost halfway through my months stay at this awesome place and honestly could not wait to leave a review.. heres what i have experienced so far….first of all the building itself is historic and has a certain charm and a story behind it so it can only be experienced if one actually stays here. The rooms are basic..don’t let that fool you because the beds are super comfy and bathrooms are totally up to date with great water pressure and super clean. The 3rd floor restaurant has a killer view and the food is prepared with such love and attention to detail that its impossible not to appreciate. And oh my the staff!!! Every one from the front desk to the chefs and helpers are truly the heart and soul of this place from the 3 Abids ,3Akbars, Roshan Haakim ,Zawwar,Abalfadhl, Ahsan bhai,Karrar,Nadeem,Salman and the few that i have missed(will mention them in my second half insh). They spoil you and make you feel better than home. No words can do justice in praising the staff that work here. This place is truly awesome (unlike the mediocre so called 5star neighbors who are worthy of only being avoided at all costs). Well thats all for now and im only half way done, will be back for the next half inshallah. Long Live Faize Panjatan!

Great service, hospitality, akhlaq, cleanliness, location, etc. 5+ stars in all aspects. All bathrooms now have a glass divider that stops the water from flowing to the rest of the bathroom!

Clean, comfortable, great food, helpful staff and excellent location. Ideal for solo or families, and a 3 minute walk to the shrine.

Beautifully build. Nice rooms. Quick close to haram, haram view from the room itself. Buffet service is also arranged.

Rooms that were alloted to us were a little small as the big ones were occupied. Otherwise the hotel overall is very nice with excellent service and nice food.
