Fairly easy to drive to! The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall an amazing experience! Spacious clean room with spectacular sea views, amazing buffet dinner with a wide variety of options and the staff is readily at your service for any kind of assistance. Definitely worth every dirham! We were celebrating and they helped make it into a beautiful memory! A yummy decorated cake was brought out when I least expected it as a surprise! Special shout out to Mahmoud and Sagar P - they not only ensured we’re comfortable and enjoying our stay but also made the effort to make it memorable! Thank you so so much to them both, Mahmoud and Sagar P and of course the entire team! On our last day, (we stayed for two nights), Othman , Akri, Bhanu, Santosh, Ama and Christian surprised again with a thank-you dessert and card! Honestly this personal touch was so beautiful!! Thank you!! Definitely coming back!

Google review: We went as a family for Iftar at the East and Seaboard restaurant on 8th March 2026. From the reservations, seating, food, and service, our experience was great. Aki, who took the reservation, came and met us even though it was her day off. Aire was too good at answering our queries while handling the reservations. The hostess, Chaw, and Kunal ensured every request from the kids was met, even if it wasn’t on the buffet menu. Kunal the Chef prepares excellent dishes; the taste was so authentic, irrespective of the cuisine. Pavithran and others served with a smile. Will go back again for the quality of food, service with a smile, location, and the ambience.

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel. The breakfast was very good, and what made our experience even more memorable was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was very pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Special thanks to Christine, Chat, Steve, Ivan, and Bhanu for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We highly appreciate their effort and would definitely love to stay here again.

As a Dubai resident who enjoys exploring the city’s hotels and lifestyle spots regularly, Aloft at The Palm has become one of my favorite places to return to again and again. The rooftop bar and terrace are amazing. Especially in the evening, the panoramic skyline view is breathtaking from Burj Al Arab across Dubai Marina all the way to the Bluewaters Ferris wheel. The atmosphere at night is something really special and makes every visit memorable. Another highlight for me is the Greek restaurant on the second floor. The food quality is excellent, the ambience feels intimate and relaxed, and it is a perfect place for a nice dinner with friends or guests visiting Dubai. I also love spending sunset time at the beach bar. Watching the sun go down over the Palm with views stretching from the Marina to Atlantis The Royal is truly one of the best sunset experiences in Dubai. What makes the experience even better is the warm welcome from the restaurant staff every time I visit. The team is always friendly, attentive and professional. You can also clearly feel the presence and care of the hotel management, which gives the whole place a very well-managed and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great views, good food & drinks and a relaxed but stylish Dubai experience.

We stayed there, in this beautiful hotel, for few days with my friend and we were amazed by location, rooms, service and very kind and friendly staff. Room was always clean, food was fresh, a lot of options to chose.. The hotel private beach was also clean and friendly staff also there. Namely Kristina and her collegues made our stay awesome. We have even some special dietary requests and all of them were fulfilled very friendly and kindly. We plan to come back to Dubai and definitelly to stay in that hotel again. We had a wonderful weekend recharge with my wife and sisters. The check-in process was a bit rough at first, but Ms. Olessya really stepped in and made everything right, ensuring we got exactly what we booked. We truly appreciated her effort. Our brunch at Luchado was fantastic—big thanks to Ms. Aindria, Luis, and Chef Regine for making our afternoon so enjoyable. The food was excellent, especially the tacos and Peruvian rice—absolutely superb! The next day’s breakfast at East & Seaboard was just as memorable. My favorite bacon and fried rice were specially prepared for us, thanks to Head Chef Bragash and Supervisor Melvin. Such thoughtful service made the experience even more special. Overall, we are totally satisfied and already planning to come back in a few weeks. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable 💯😊👏👏

I've stayed in a lot of Dubai hotels recently, and all have had great service. However at Aloft the service was exceptional, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. And especially Melvin, who consistently goes above and beyond - whether it’s helping at breakfast or arranging an abra trip. I really can’t praise him highly enough! The hotel and rooms are also excellent, and the sea view is spectacular.

Aloft Palm Jumeirah (فندق ألوفت نخله جميرا) I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah in December 2025. The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and extremely polite. I also really enjoyed the food — the meal was tasty and nicely presented. The view from my room was beautiful and made the stay even more special. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. I would be happy to stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The rooms were pretty neat, comfortable, and well-maintained. The lively atmosphere around the property added to the experience, with plenty of activities to enjoy. There’s a pool, table football, and even direct access to a swimming pool area, making it a fun place to relax and unwind. The sea view from the room was absolutely fabulous — definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a vibrant and enjoyable hotel experience!

We had a great family stay at **Aloft Palm Jumeirah. The staff were amazing from check-in to check-out. Laraib, May, Sharom, and Terek at the front desk were very polite and helpful, and Laraib even escorted us to the beach which we really appreciated. The bellmen Aung and Nay also provided excellent service. During Iftar at East & Seaboard, Min Ko Ko delivered outstanding service and made our dining experience very enjoyable. At check-out, Ms. Lyca was very friendly and professional, asking about our stay and warmly inviting us to return. We will definitely come back again.

I recently stayed at Aloft Palm Jumeirah and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and overall the stay was smooth in terms of basic facilities and check-in. However, I was quite disappointed with the special arrangements. Before arrival, the team confirmed over email that they would provide a complimentary cake, towel art setup, and a welcome card for my parents’ 37th anniversary and my mother’s birthday. Unfortunately, nothing was prepared upon check-in. Even after multiple follow-ups and calls, the setup was delayed, and in the end, only a simple “Happy Birthday” cake was provided—no decorations, no towel art, and no card as promised. We had booked two rooms specifically for this occasion and even moved my parents to our room to allow time for the setup, but it was not handled as expected. This was quite disappointing, especially for such a special celebration. Another concern was the swimming pool dress code. This is not our first staycation in the UAE, and we have never faced such strict restrictions before. We were not allowed to enter the pool despite wearing appropriate nylon clothing, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Overall, while the hotel is clean and decent, the lack of follow-through on confirmed requests and the inconvenience regarding pool access affected our experience. I hope the management takes note and improves on these aspects for future guests.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff who were very attentive on our stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable giving us a good nights rest. Now onto the food - breakfast was to a good standard. There was a lovely Mexican restaurant on the 11th floor with live entertainment and roof top views. The stand out has to be the Greek restaurant on the 2 floor, again with amazing views over the water. The food was to a very high standard but our favourite part was the ladies night deal 3 courses with wine and also the great dj zagazar who serenaded us with 90s r and b tunes throughout the night along with a sprinkling of Afro beats. All staff are super friendly; polite with great manners and very positive. This is from the staff greeting you at the door to the cleaners cleaning rooms to the lovely lady who welcomed us at breakfast and remembered our room number . Muhammad on the front desk was super helpful. The hotel staff were also very helpful in booking us wonderful tours and activities around Dubai. The lady who organised this was again very helpful. There was a shuttle but that takes you ti Emirates mall that runs regularly and also a well equipped gym. All in all a great hotel to stay in.
