Nice shop to get your daily needs. You even get bakery products at the shop including cakes. Parking at be a bit difficult due to its location near the busy crossroads before Pacific mall.

Very Bad experience at alpha store the staff is behaving very rudely that doesn't make a sense to behave rudely with customers , the boy at billing counter also behave rudely with us, and mrs.monika also.

Your staff is very bad, they deliver the order to the customer, my experience was very bad, I will never wake up. You should train your staff about what customer service is and I never told my friends that they came here

Good store all products are easily available. Staff is well behaved and helpfull.Owner is very helpful and a true gentlemen. All grocery products likes pulses and all are available at a very cheap cost as compare to others with a good quality and personally i love there membership schemes in which you get upto 15% discount.

Recently visited Alpha store near Jakhan and I had a worse shopping experience due to overcharge amount, I bought few ice-cream boxes from there and gave to the cashier for billing he scanned and asked me to pay the amount I have paid via Google pay and than he gave me ice-cream boxes in the polybag(non plastic) I thought bill was in the bag and I went home, as he scanned the ice-cream with bar code reader so I haven't checked the price at that point of time, and after reaching home I cleared the ice on the boxes and checked for price and the total amount which I paid and the actual amount of the ice-cream boxes were less, so I went back again and told them to compare the prices and he checked and refunded my money back but he told me that as inventory is being done recently so the prices are not reflecting properly and provided me with a new bill, This is not good with such a store as they are charging above the MRP and most of the customer do not check or compare at the time of buying as goods are now been scanned and autogenerated bills are generated which I think they are not utilising properly.

CHECK YOUR BILL they have a habit of adding fake items to your bill. Most items are overpriced than a normal shop too, you can compare yourself
