تجربتي في هايبر ماركت الرامس لم تكن الأفضل. لاحظت بعض المنتجات الغذائية التي لم تكن بحالة جيدة، والإلكترونيات أحيانًا معروضة أو مفتوحة ويتم بيعها على أنها جديدة مع علب قديمة أو غير نظيفة. عند السؤال عن الضمان لشراء إلكترونيات، قيل لي أن بعض الحالات قد تشمل دفع رسوم صيانة، ولم يتم توضيح هذا عند البيع. خدمة العملاء كانت متفاوتة وغير واضحة أحيانًا. أنصح العملاء بالتحقق جيدًا من المنتجات والضمان قبل الشراء، خاصة الإلكترونيات.

Their collection is very good. Product quality is very good. I was especially impressed with their staffs behaviour .. Fainally i wanna say, it’s one of the best mall in ajman..

Frustrating checkout at ALRAMS HYPERMARKET 🛒☹️ The store may be well-stocked, but the cashier experience was disappointing. I had to bag my own items, and when I spoke to the cashier, it felt like talking to a wall 😣🧱—no response, no courtesy. Definitely not coming back. Rated 1 star ⭐️ for poor service and lack of basic customer care.
