Very big place, suitable for families, contains wide areas and spaces that's enough for a lot of families. The park is partitioned into several parts, including a kids area for kids below 14, wide spaces of grass where you can sit and get comfortable, places of decorated trees that if you look at it from above it feels like a maze and a drawing of some art at the same time, a place that resembles a mosque in the middle, a place where events and social occasions like weddings can be set uo, and corridors and halls that lik all these sections where you can find roses and trees along sides the ways. There is a Cafeteria and bathrooms for both genders and they usually set up a carpet nearby the entrance for whoever wants to pray. On the entrance there is a board with some forbidden activities including football, bicycles, barbeques, cutting roses and other things. The car park outside has a sign indicating it's paid park. However, the two times I went there in the afternoon it was free and some body told me they only charge for parking in the morning which I am not sure if it's true.

Wunderschöner Park. Super zum Spazieren. Einfach um dort zu verweilen und abzuschalten aus dem Grossstadtgetümmel.

Nice and beautiful park! Good to spend time with children, for picnic, for walking or jogging.

Nice place to visit with family. It will be nicer to visit in the evening when lights are on.

It is indeed a very huge park with a huge play area, it is best for long walks and cardio. The rental bikes need to be bit more organized as they don’t accept card payment, only cash and keeps yelling at people. Could be done a little more organized with a proper ticket counter and good quality bikes and Tuk tuks.

Very clean and spacious with bathrooms and places to pray. Very nice for family Picknick or just walks

It is a wonderful place for relaxing, taking a peaceful walk, or enjoying a nice dinner. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, making it perfect for unwinding after a busy day. There is also a dedicated children's area where kids can play safely and have fun while you relax.

One of the largest public parks in muscat. There is plenty of parking with 3 main gates of the park. Pros: You can jog, exercise, have a picnic, and roam around with family. There is horse riding available for kids and electric cars for little kids as well in the central part of the park. There is a kids' play area with plenty of swings and a small area for roller skating as well. There is a coffee shop in the middle of the park as well and outside the park there are restaurants, coffee shops and a bus stop as well. Taxis are easily available outside. The four square mazes are absolutely gorgeous to look at. Cons: 1. Take mosquito repellent, or you will spend most of the time scratching after sunset. 2. Kids' play area is crowded on the weekends. 3. The tomb like structure at the center of the park was open a while ago, but unfortunately, it has been closed now by the management.

Nice park to walk and jog around. Children play area is near to gate 2 only. Can view aircraft take off and landings.

Well maintained park, there is bus station there you can get bus even for UAE also,toilet facilities need to improve

The park is accessible to everyone. Children park, public toilet, food vendors and prayer area... They are well maintained. The center area of the park needs some repairs... The area was crowded with families who planned for a dry picnic, live show, dancing, playing and vlogging. I visited Al Sahwa Garden on different occasions. Since the Arabs have public holidays on Fridays and Saturdays. Hence if you want to avoid the crowds and want peace/lonely walk, you can avoid public holidays.
