I contacted the Altimus Abu Dhabi showroom on 06/01/2026 at 10:43 AM by calling 02 626 7716 to inquire about a product. I requested assistance in choosing a suitable model, but the staff member who answered the call was very rude and unhelpful. They showed no interest in guiding me or providing proper information. The overall experience was very disappointing and reflected poor customer service. Customers expect basic courtesy and support, which was completely lacking during this interaction.

They have a very kind and excellent assistance to us. A small token of appreciation is very well appreciated also. I was looking for smart methods to file and store documents, and the places I searched before (a few libraries and general stores) did not provide me with what I was looking for. I found the Altimus website via Google search. I liked the online store was easy to navigate, with sufficient relevant product information and pictures, and a broad variety of choices. I bought a few folders and dividers and could freely adjust the number of items. Once I confirmed my order and proceeded to pay, they had multiple options and it was easy to check out. They then followed-up by phone to confirm some information and kept ongoing communication with me by email. I ordered the items on Monday late evening and they were delivered successfully to me today at lunch, on Wednesday. 100% would recommend to others as well.
