Owner promised to have business cards ready an hour before important meeting. He didn't bother to inform me their machine had an issue. Upon arrival at the agreed time, they weren't ready, and when I asked him why he didn't inform me even though he promised they would be ready, he started being extremely rude and insinuating that its my fault for making an expedited order, rather than apologising. Horrendous customer support and attitude. Avoid.
What's funny is, when I arrived at the shop, the ladies working there started printing the cards but I had to leave as it took too long, so was there really an issue with the machine?
