AMADA HOTEL

Poor Staff attitude who couldn't care any less. was given 02 rooms when I had booked 03. AC was not performing to standards. Bathroom was dirty and bathroom windows were too low for privacy. House cum hotel had blocked roads from 02 sides and nothing was mentioned in the guidance/route notes about this and took ages to find the find the right route. It was a nightmare. I'm sure most positive reviews of this hotel are fake or paid. Avoid like a plague.

Overall, all the services were excellent. The staff was very cooperative, friendly, and professional. The best thing was that they truly understood the customers and provided the best possible service.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their service was fantastic. Everything about the hotel was perfect, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Lahore. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, and everything we needed was provided. We especially appreciated management team.

Very poor state of affairs. Newly built hotel but worst in its category. Loud noises of nearby traffic Changed two rooms in one night, flush of both rooms not working at all. Bed sheets were very filthy and had stains. (3 bed sheets all had spots and stains). Hotel built quality was excellent, convenient location but very poor management. Even lari adda hotels have better bed sheets and less noise. They surely need to improve a lot.

I stayed for 5 days with my aunts, good location and nice staffs, a boy brings us breakfast is really cute😊. But sometimes, there was no hot water in the shower, and it could be better if you put more attention on the hygiene of the room. Shukria :)

Well mannered staff and nice rooms. The room are new and the management is still working on the rooms, I did not find a dustbin either in the room or toilet, nor a wall clock. Still winter and AC were still not installed. One disappointment was that I got wet towels, even after a new towel request, it was also wet.

This is really a amazing trip in amada hotel good service room are furnished and stylish decore and the atmosphere are awesome 👍😎 Food and drinks are nice 🙂 I really enjoy this atmosphere ☺️

Salam everyone dont ever book this hotel....third class room with thrid class bathroom...they overcharge you at the end including other extra charges. The cashier name amir , intehaye badtameez insan hai , har roz akar paisay mang raha hai jab ke checkout per payment krni hoti complete. Intehaye bakwas management hai inki , inke pass booking karakar paisay zaya mat kariyega.

Rooms are clean. Charges very reasonable. Chilled ACs . Wifi available. Customer services are excellent.
