Worst of Worst experience.. I would like to bring to your notice my concern regarding the recent experience at your hospital. The doctors did not provide clear or proper information about our newborn baby’s health, which caused a lot of confusion and stress for our family. Additionally, the baby was admitted for 24 hours without a clear explanation or necessity. This not only felt unnecessary but also increased the risk of possible infection for the newborn. As parents, we expect transparency, timely communication, and proper guidance from the medical team, especially in such sensitive situations. I request the hospital to kindly look into this matter and ensure that proper communication and justified medical decisions are provided to families in the future. Thank you.
