I would like to share feedback regarding my experience while trying to book an appointment. I found the process quite difficult, and I personally felt that the interaction on the phone was not very accommodating, as I wasn’t given much opportunity to explain my request. As a result of this experience, I decided to cancel my visit.

I had a great experience at the salon! Beautiful kind ladies working there and Nasma did an awesome job with my hair, was for a wedding and she did it spot on Mashallah. I recommend their service 👍🏼

My favorite hairdresser Nasma in studio city branch .. she is the best I did roots color and treatment and trimming also nails Mani and Pedi. Great service and always beautiful results. ♥️ highly recommended

I really appreciated how professional and friendly they were throughout the whole appointment. Janine, the receptionist, was also amazing 💕 so welcoming and organized, she made the check-in and checkout process smooth and stress-free. For the 3rd time today, my appointment was mismanaged. Booked mani pedi and eyebrows. Started mani on time, pedi 35 minutes after and eyebrows never. Pedi was done horrifically, painful and ended up bleeding as you can see in the pic below. The reception books as per her own desire. Absolutely no organization whatsoever. This has happened to me twice before and I keep giving them chances only to hate it more and more. In the end the reception just comes with the bill and says “oh sorry it’s busy” BUT I HAD BOOKED THR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE… I am never coming back. And I don’t recommend to anyone ever. I hope my foot does not get infected because I will escalate this much further if it does.

I struggle with weak nails all the time, but for the first time I have them so beautifully done. I recommend Fafi, who does wonders on nails, and Suri for henna and pedicure. Thank you!
