The rates are reasonable and the vegetables are fine too, but please pay a little more attention to cleanliness in the fruits and vegetables section.

I just visited your store today, and this was my experience. The staff was rude, the fish was not fresh, and I was not allowed to choose the fish myself. I asked calmly about the price, but the response was disrespectful.Teach your staff good manners. I asked calmly and politely, but I did not receive the same respect in return.🫩🫩🫩 So Outrageous!!!!!!

Whenever I buy grated coconut from Amber, it turns reddish after steaming puttu, which usually doesn’t happen with good-quality coconut. I never faced this issue when buying from other shops. Also, the customer service in the meat and fish section is unsatisfactory.

The Hypermarket has a great variety of products. It is well maintained, clean and properly organized. The staff is also very helpful. They have amazing midweek and weekend offers every week as well as provide free home delivery. I prefer shopping on my own and then I request the home delivery.

Worst delivery service especially Fish delivery.Please pay attention to it or atleast inform customer beforehand that delivery not possible instead of wasting their time.

All types of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables are available at Amber and cost is very cheap according to market. Weekend (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) deals are very good. Fresh Fish, Chicken and Mutton are very good quality . Staffs are very well mannered. I used to take my 90% groceries from Amber. Use their Amber Card to get touchpoints.

I recently visited this Supermarket and was impressed by its charm and convenience. This small store packs a great selection of fresh produce, pantry staples, and local products. The layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the items. I don't know about the delivery system here.. sorry for that. Anyways I got good quality fish here..!!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service during my recent order. We had only ordered a single chicken breast, and unfortunately, we didn’t have cash on hand. When we asked to pay by card, the delivery person became instantly rude and uncooperative. Instead of helping resolve the issue politely, he demanded that we go to the store ourselves to make the payment—completely unacceptable and unprofessional. His tone was aggressive, and his behavior showed a complete lack of courtesy and basic customer service etiquette. This is not what anyone expects from a food delivery experience.This was not just poor service — it was an outright disrespectful interaction. If this is how delivery staff are trained or allowed to behave, it reflects very badly on the management. I hope they take this seriously, retrain their staff, and put better protocols in place to handle simple issues like payment. Not ordering from here again unless there are clear improvements.

Good, neat and clean supermarket. Its cater the need of almost of Abu Shagara Residential buildings. Price little bit high compare to Nesto hypermarket, but it's ok to get near by the accommodation.

Vegetables and fruits are good and VERY VERY WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. If you want to reach them to get to know your delivery, you must try more than 50 times to their land line!!! Trust me. Once you successfully reach them , they will tell you we have 2000 plus customers and we can’t answers the calls !!!!! Seriously???? If you’re not answering the calls and not able to deliver on time, why are you accepting the deliveries ????? I given items to deliver at 10:30, now it’s 12:35 and the stuffs are not yet reached home.!!!

The service at this supermarket is extremely disappointing, especially the butchery section. They are consistently late with orders, show no professionalism, and worst of all, don’t even pick up calls when you try to follow up. Completely disrespectful to customers and their time. If you expect basic service and communication, look elsewhere.

Very poor experience, particularly with the meat section. Orders are rarely prepared on time, and the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. They ignore phone calls and don’t bother updating customers. There’s a serious lack of respect and professionalism. Definitely not a place I’ll be dealing with again.

Very worst experience with the management. I ordered something at 6 and waited till 8. When I try to call back again, no one is picking the call. And got some another num and called again. They haven't even packed the item. One guy said he dono coz his shift is at 7pm, and he transferred the call, from there they transferred the call again and no one picking up. 1month back they took order and haven't even delivered till date. If you're bad at delivery service, don't do it. Don't waste others time.

Very irresponsible and unprofessional home delivery. Don't expect the order if you're ordering from Amber. They person who answers the phone was very rude when I asked again about my order. Even though they're unprofessional, they could have atleast be polite with the customers. Very bad experience.
