I order more than two hours now I didn't receive my delivery whenever I order they are giving wrong items also very late delivery please improve your team to deliver as soon possible to the customer please if you are doing continue like that it is very hard to order next time when I call the delivery team no one give me answer what shall I do better to come in the store and get the items why your open the delivery if you connect give me on time at least attend the call

Зайшли за покупками в супермаркет Amber AL Madina. Асортимент продуктів ніби хороший. Трохи все навалено, важко пройти з корзиною. У відділі мясних та ковбасних виробів ми прочекали 15 хв. Так ніхто і не підійшов. На ковбасних виробах чомусь немає цінників. Ціни на деякі продукти, фрукти і овочі трохи нижчі,ніж в інших мережевих супермаркетах. При розрахунку готівкою на касі, що знаходиться на виході до "Viva" ,пробували обдурити, не додали здачу 5 дрх. Треба бути дуже уважним.

مكان جيد تتوفر فيه كل المستلزمات لكن بحاجة لإعادة النظر بالأسعار و العروض فهي مرتفعة وخاصة قسم الأدوات المنزلية وعروضه قليلة وغير مشجعة مقارنة بغيره من السوبر ماركت

تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة! المكان نظيف ومرتب، والخدمة سريعة واحترافية. الأجواء مريحة وتعطي شعور بالترحيب، والأسعار مناسبة مقابل الجودة العالية. أنصح الجميع بزيارته، يستحق التقييم الكامل 👌✨ رخيص بس شوي شوي على هالأساس

Deserves ZERO stars. The person answering phone is extremely rude and has no manners to speak. I placed an order on their what's app. Within no time they acknowledged the order. But after two hours when I called to complain that till now I havent received the order the guy started misbehaving that we are extremely busy and have no staff. I asked they guy then don't take order and make the customer waiting. They phone guy started shouting and misbehaving. There were more exchange of words which I would refrain here. The management must seriously look into this matter on a serious note. This kind of behaviour and service is damaging/hurting both the customer for waiting and the business. Look into it.

On 28-11-2025, we purchased some groceries from Amber Al Madina worth AED 43.75. To our shock, they deducted AED 4343.75 from our card instead of the correct amount. When we went back to request a refund for the excess amount, the staff behaved very unprofessionally — they were laughing at us and told us they would return the money “later.” I contacted the manager, Mr. Shuhail, and he told me he was “sleeping” and would call back in the afternoon. Until now, no proper response or solution has been provided. This kind of behavior and negligence is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and proper handling of such serious issues. Very disappointed with the service.

Fake advertisements. In brochure they gave very less prices. When we checked the prices were much higher. We asked from staff about the prices mentioned in brochure and they said these prices are available only after midnight. Such a misleading advertisement. Very much disappointed.

One star is actually more than deserve, Bad very bad experience and I recommend not to purchase any fruits or vegetables at all.

One of my favorite supermarket, I always like their fresh meats beef , also every weekend they have given promotion offer which really good.

Deserved a no star- Merchandising is way too bad items are all scattered and by then when checked in the cash counter the price is different. While the item that I brought in the cash counter have no price labels. Merchandising is so bad. Staffs are all occupied -Conversing with other staff -Holding Phone -Cash Counter behaviour is like an owner(Ultra Rude) -I was asking for Guide and they are just pointing fingers(Worst Customet Service)

This supermarket is my go-to for quality and affordability! They consistently offer the best prices without compromising on the quality of their products. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend

Amber is not focusing on quality product, more prices and rotten vegetables mostly 😢

I stopped by here and bought a few things. A Himalaya brand Aloe Vera gel I bought was literally already cut open from the top foil seal when I opened it at home. At first I thought it was something that happened by itself until noticing that it was carefully cut rather than the adhesive on the sticker coming loose. Almost as if it was sampled or tested by a shopper or the supermarket itself. *Edit : I contacted the store and they replaced the product and apologized for the mix up

My daily go-to supermarket, they got everything. Like REALLY EVERYTHING. Your one stop shop , we do monthly grocery from here and our daily grocery also, the best things is there Sale is every week, from Thursday till Sunday and it’s all on items. They are doing a very good job and serving you best also. There salesmen are also very cooperative, yes their home delivery service is real slow and the phone lines are mostly busy but that’s ok , they are TRULY BUSY.

I'm not satisfied with their shop as most of the products doesn’t show the price tag and we have to carry all the items to a scanning machine and scan the barcode to check the price which is waste of time. Fish is not fresh at all. Bought many times and threw when reaching home. The price also quite high comparing to other grocery shops.

They had a recent expansion that helped improve the space between shelves and ease of movement with your cart. They offer weekly discounts on selected products that is very competitive.

Its integrated store suitable for family shopping and almost include all the daily home consumable needs The prices are reasonable and even they have daily offers and discounts for different products. The store has various sections such as foodstuffs, softdrinks, sweets & biscuits, fruits, vegetables, fish, fresh meat, electrical appliances, plumbing tools, cleaning materials, clothes, and others.
