ڈاکٹر عنبرین کے ساتھ ہمارا تجربہ نہایت افسوسناک اور مایوس کن رہا۔ ان کا چھٹی کا وقت 2 بجے تھا، لیکن اس کے باوجود مریض باہر انتظار کر رہا تھا اور محترمہ نے نہ صرف یہ کہ مریض کی پرواہ نہیں کی، بلکہ جان بوجھ کر بغیر اطلاع کے چلی گئیں۔ ان کے لہجے اور رویے میں شدید غرور تھا، اور ایسا لگتا ہے کہ انھیں مریضوں کے وقت یا تکلیف کی کوئی قدر نہیں۔ ایک ڈاکٹر کے لیے سب سے اہم چیز اخلاق، صبر اور ہمدردی ہوتی ہے، لیکن ڈاکٹر امبرین میں یہ خوبیاں بالکل نظر نہیں آئیں۔ ایسے رویے کی کسی صورت توقع نہیں کی جاتی، خاص طور پر ایک میڈیکل پروفیشنل سے۔ میں ہر گز کسی کو ان کے پاس جانے کا مشورہ نہیں دوں گا۔
