AMC Tyler Galleria 16

We've been to this theater many times and always have a fantastic experience. It's located in Tyler Mall, easily accessible from the parking structure on Magnolia Ave and Hughes Alley, near the Yard House. The entire place is clean, the sound quality is perfect, and the seats are comfortable and spacious. A small bar and seating area are available in the lobby. The restrooms are always spotless, and every staff member we've encountered has been friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Isabella, who was extremely attentive and offered help when we looked a bit lost. It's great to see plenty of cashiers open at the snack counter, no matter the time or day.

Went for the LOTR EXTENDED 25th anniversary I watched all 3 movies in one weekend. 4~ hrs each day/ 12~hrs total The first was honestly horrible. I sat near the middle and the seat was extremely uncomfortable and was constantly squeaking whenever I moved, the audio was SOOO LOUD it was unbelievable my ears hurt and i got so overwhelmed I stepped out with my fiancee halfway through. It made us want to go home but we love the movie so stuck it through. Second movie was much better we brought silicone earplugs to prepare. We sat near the back right of the movie and I only needed the right earbud for the majority of the movie a few parts I did need both but it wasn't nearly as bad or loud as the first. The seat was much less used so much much more comfortable. We asked for a closed captions device which was nice it took the employee a second to figure it out but he gave it to us right after the popcorn we got was served so perfect timing lol. We did struggle heavily setting it up in our seat, it was very hard to bend and took a lot of force and maneuvering the screen popping off the stem. Meanwhile the base took up the cupholder. We accidentally took off the movie (while trying to put in cupholder and set up) but was super easy to link back up though it buffered a bit saying no Internet. This movie was way more comfortable than the first The third movie again I think the volume was lowered because I didn't need my earplugs at all, my fiancee still wore theirs for comfort. We sat in the same seats as the second movie and it was the best viewing experience so far All movies in theaters 4 If I wanted to see a movie again I would most likely go to harkins or regal. The seats in the middle were really worn out and not comfy at all, those are the best seats and should definitely be replaced. The seats themselves don't recline either at all which for a long movie I want, they also don't offer refills on popcorn medium sized. Unlimited icee refills are so good though. They also offer ketchup mustard relish and butter condiments for free. The employees were awesome though 100% W Aaron and everyone else who helped out that day

AMC Tyler Galleria 16 is a solid movie theater. The screens are big, sound is good, and the seats are comfortable, especially for longer movies. It’s clean, organized, and easy to get in and out of, which I appreciate. Being in the Galleria is convenient too. There is easy parking and plenty of food options nearby. It’s not overly flashy, but it’s reliable and does exactly what you want a theater to do. Always a good choice for catching a movie.

What could have been the worst experience for a family outing on a friday night turned out to be a great night as the manager of the a m c tyler galleria 16 created a memorable night. Not only had I purchased the incorrect date but ended up buying an additional ticket that I did not need. The manager was great by changing the dates so that we could all watch the movie today.And I received a full refund for the ticket that I did not need. This turned out to be a great night that we will not forget. Theater was clean, food was perfect.And the alcoholic drinks were great.

Even tho this location is way over so for a renovation on the quality of seats I still appreciate the location being in this area. PLEASE note. This location does not have recliner seats in every theatre. I believe it only has luxury recliner seats 💺 in the Dolby theatre. I actually really enjoyed the IMAX experience here. So much so that I came back twice to see avatar. This location has great snacks. They have this chocolate popcorn 🍿, zebra popcorn , and ultra cheese popcorn that is just 🔥 I enjoyed this location for all the nostalgic atmosphere from the carpet, poster etc…

I threw up and was in a lot of pain. I went to get a water and the cashier asked right away if I was okay and if I needed ibuprofen or Tylenol. I never have been offered that by a worker anywhere even I threw up right in front of them! May God bless the worker and the theater so much for their kindness!

This is not the best AMC thater I've been to but also not the worst. This location covers the bases of what AMC has made a name after. Service at the windows could be better and I feel like stubs members could be treated a little better. Not a complaint, simply an observation

I ordered a French fries. They were waffle fries not a thing. However, the concession stand worker put less than half in the box. I saw him put another portion in another box and set it aside. I addressed the concern, but he said that was the normal serving amount. I THINK THIS WAS DISHONEST AND STINGY...I THINK MIGHT START GOING ANOTHER AMC OR THE REGAL

They have discounted tickets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a game changer for me. My husband and I like to do this sometimes as a date night. The only down side is the cleanliness. It needs to be maintained better. The staff is polite and helpful. Just needs to be clean.

There floorings could use a good shampoo cleaning. Personal are nice and greeters are good.

Not only was this the only theater that was so bland with no Wicked decor anywhere but their cashiers were just as bland. Rushing us to order like if it was an inconvenience to them, IMAX room was gross with seats full of stains. NEVER stepping foot into this theater again.

Take the elevator or the escalator if you aren't young the movie theater was nice old style seating but comfortable. Clean bathrooms .

AMC theaters at Galleria was a nice theater. Unfortunately, I did not like the IMAX seating. They reminded me of back in day chairs. They were small an tight fitted from one chair to the next. They were close to the row in front as well. P The picture and sound were excellent, but I personally prefer the comfort of the luxury recliners.

Wow. This theatre showed my movie in Japanese and they have Pibb Xtra in their soda fountains. Perfect place for my obscure taste. Plus the location on the third floor makes going to the movies still feel epic.

It was my birthday and I went to see the shining spectacular night great staff and dynamite 🧨 cocktails all in all I had dinner at cheese cake factory walked to amc tyler and had a blast great staff all in all happy birthday me sincerely Mr tom cruise

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. The UFC live stream was a complete disgrace. It was advertised to start at 7, but they didn’t actually play anything until the first fight had already begun—and because of their delay and constant technical issues, we MISSED THE FIRST KO. And after that the screen kept freezing,lagging for a long time . I want my money back.

The inside of this theater is fairly clean, but the outside is another story. Too often you’ll find vomit on the stairs that sits there for days, and the movie posters are usually torn up or crooked. Think of it as “the jungle” outside, but decent once you get in. Not all seats are recliners, and even though they advertise IMAX, it’s just regular seats, don’t expect the true IMAX experience. Movie selection and showtimes are limited, which is disappointing. Overall, it’s okay, but not great. To be fair, it’s still better than the Ontario location, where the seats are sticky and ripped.

I had a great time here. Does seats do need to be upgraded but what you pay for on Tuesdays " $5" its really not bad. I got the amc member thing i paid $ 12 for it and i love it. I pay for a medium drink and I get a large the same for the popcorn. And for your birthday you get a free large popcorn and a free large drink which literally pays for my membership right there so it's worth it if you love going to movies like I do.

I've been here a few times now to see movies (mainly in Dolby Cinema) and the experience is just wonderful every time. One of the best AMC theaters I've been to, and I'm especially happy today because the register lady that helped me with my order informed me that the Ghostbusters popcorn container was available, so I don't have to wait 'till next year now!
