would like to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the conduct of the front desk staff during my recent visit. The personnel assigned at the visa stamping counters (Counter 10 and Counter 14) displayed behavior that was highly unprofessional. When we raised a concern about the system being down, instead of assisting or addressing the issue calmly, both staff members responded by raising their voices at us. This was unexpected and unacceptable, especially in a customer service environment. We fully understand that technical issues can occur; however, the manner in which the situation was handled reflects poorly on the level of service and professionalism expected.

We had an excellent experience at Amer Center, thanks to Ms. Mary for her outstanding assistance! She was very professional, kind, and thorough in helping me and my husband with our spouse visa process. She made sure all our documents were complete and accurate so we wouldn’t have to go back and forth. Ms. Mary also closely monitored the progress until my husband’s EID was approved, released, and delivered. The whole process was super smooth and hassle-free, all because of her guidance. The process at Amer Center is also very fast as long as your documents are complete — they’re truly efficient and well-organized.

Our experience started a little bumpy at the service with some people not being clear with instruction but then we talked with Mehwish. We’ve had the best of the best experience with miss Mehwish. She is kind and very helpful. I cannot thank her enough. Bery attentive and also takes time to explain everything calmly. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. Out of four staff members present, only one was actually working, while the others were chatting. There was no clear queue management, and the waiting time was much longer than expected. This place really needs better organization and supervisio

Very unprofessional and Unknowledgeable stuff! Women there are always on the phone talking and laughing while you are sitting at their desks and while handling serious matters. Many of the questions I asked they had no clue about and I felt like my application wasn’t handled by trained professionals.

I would like to sincerely thank Miss Mehwish for her help. She is always polite, kind and provides excellent service. Whenever I have issues with my application, she is very patient and tries her best to help and resolve the issue.

This branch is a disaster. The WORST Amer branch in the UAE—period. •The receptionists are completely untrained and have no clue what they’re doing. •The counter staff just pass customers around, wasting time with zero results. •I waited 1.5 hours with only 10 people ahead—and left with NOTHING. This isn’t just bad service “just this time”, it’s my third time experiencing this; it’s blatant incompetence. Whoever is responsible for running this branch should be fired immediately. If management cares at all, they need to clean house. Avoid this place at all costs.

Margielaz, at the AMER Center in Business Bay, supported me through all the administrative steps for registering my employee. When you are new to Dubai, don’t know how things work yet, and are starting a business in a new continent, new country, a new city, everything feels difficult. You’re in the dark, dealing with uncertainty and confusion. Then you meet someone like Margielaz, who doesn’t just “process a file.” She followed every step, made timely follow-ups, kept me updated on the progress, and most importantly, took the time to explain things and give real advice. Dear Margielaz, thank you sincerely for your professionalism, availability, and knowledge.
