Ameri Plaza Tbilisi

It’s a very good hotel — both in terms of its location, which is right in the city center and close to shopping areas and tourist attractions, and most importantly, its easy access to public transportation. The best part of my stay was my dear friend Gavitsa, whose wonderful attitude made our experience truly memorable. Dear Gavitsa is also a professional badminton player who even beat me in a professional match! Well done, Gavitsa! 👏🏸

هتل خیلی خوبی بود امکانات و سرویسش در حد عالی ، رسپشنش مریم خانوم واقعا آدم کاربلد و خوش برخوردی بودن

پرسنل فوق العاده با تجربه و مودبی که من باهاشون برخورد داشتم: Saba2-Maryam-Gvantsa-Saba-Luka-Beka Georgi-Lasha-Gela-Shota

از این بدتر هتل ندیده بودم نمی‌دونم ملت چطور از این هتل تعریف کردن واقعا تجربه سفر ندارید مردم رو‌گمراه نکنید قهوه برای صبحانه نبود کارکنان بی ادب و طلبکار ما خواب بودیم ساعت ۳ با شدت کوبیدن در اتاقمون رو و بدون اجازه وارد اتاق شدن ما مات و مبهوت بعد دروبستن رفتن بعد که ما اعتراض کردیم‌گفتن ببخشید دلیلش رو هم نگفتن تازه ایرانی ها رو‌میفرستن طبقه ۱۷ رو پشت بوم که آسانسور هم نداره باید چمدونتون‌رو با پله بالا ببرید فکر کنم هر هتلی برید از اینجا بهتر باشه

هتل بد است، نیاین و برای میهمان ارزش قائل نیستند و طبقه هفتم آسانسور ندارد.

فروردین ۱۴۰۴ در این هتل اقامت داشتم. خیلی خوب بود و اگر در انتخاب هتل خوب، دچار تردید و سردرگمی هستید، حتما این هتل رو انتخاب کنید. تمیز و مرتب و شیک. اقامت ما با صبحانه بود و در طبقه ۱۴ هتل مستقر بودیم که ویو خیلی زیبایی داشت.

با توجه به هزینه ای که پرداخت میکنید یک صبحانه ساده شامل میوه و سالادهای تازه شیرینی چند نوع پنیر و تخم مرغ آب پز.دو نوع آب میوه قهوه فرانسه و‌چایی کیسه ای رو میتونید داشته باشید. اتاق ها تمیز و مرتب هستن.تلویزیون اتاق ها قدیمیه.یک اپشن عالی این هتل واسه ما ایرانیا این هست که با یک شیطنت کوچیک توالت فرنگیش بومی سازی میشه.در نظر داشته باشید تا طبقه ۱۶ این هتل میتونید از آسانسور استفاده کنید و در طبقه ۱۷ باید با پله رفت و امد داشته باشید.

هتل لابی کوچیکی داشت.برخورد کارمنداش مودبانه بود.صبحانه ثابت ولی مناسب بود هم گرم هم سرد. روبروش رستوران با غذاهای محلی گرجی با قیمت مناسب. دور میدونی که کنار هتله فروشگاه زنجیره ای با قیمتهای مناسب هست. اونور میدون فروشگاه جیوسل برای سیمکارت رایگان هست. چند خیابون به سمت راست که برید صرافی هم هست

خوب بود. پارکینگ خوبی نداشت یعنی کوچیک بود. ورودیش به خیابون اصلی می خورد که جاش خوب نبود چونکه باید از یه خیابون پهن و خطرناک رد میشدی. اتاقاش بد نبود ولی کف اتاق قالی یا همون موکت بود که یکم سیاه بود. اجازه برداشت صبحانه هم شخصا نداشتیم. یعنی اینکه خودشون مثل سلف سرویس میدادن ولی هتلای دیگه خودمون انتخاب و برمی داشتیم

فندق Ameri Plaza Hotel – تبليسي ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ الفندق جميل جدًا وصراحة يستحق خمس نجوم. قبل الحجز قرأت بعض التعليقات السلبية على قوقل واستغربت، لكن قررنا نجربه وما حكمنا عليه إلا بعد السكن، وكانت التجربة ممتازة 👌 الاستقبال والطاقم كانوا ودودين جدًا ولطيفين، واستقبلونا بحفاوة وأخذوا الشنط وطلعوها معنا للغرفة 🧳😊 الغرفة نظيفة وواسعة، ودورة المياه متوفّر فيها شطاف ماء (وأنتوا بكرامة 🚿). البلكونة كبيرة، والإطلالة جميلة سواء في الليل أو النهار 🌃🌅 كانت الغلاية خربانة، وطلبنا بديلة وجابوا لنا واحدة جديدة فورًا. التنظيف يومي، وسرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب كانت ممتازة، حتى طلبنا كبس للشاحن وتم توفيره مباشرة 🔌⚡ الطاقم جدًا جدًا لطيف ومتعاون، بصراحة تعامل راقٍ يستحق الشكر ❤️ الفطور بسيط جدًا وغير متنوع، لكنه يمشي الحال 🍳☕️ الترحيب عند الوصول والتوديع عند المغادرة كانوا محترمين جدًا. أشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق على حسن التعامل 🌸 أكيد التجربة حتتعاد بإذن الله 🤍✨ ⸻ Ameri Plaza Hotel – Tbilisi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel is honestly very beautiful and truly deserves a five-star rating. Before booking, I read some negative reviews on Google and was surprised, but we decided to stay and judge it ourselves — and the experience was excellent 👌 The reception and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room 🧳😊 The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had a bidet/shattaf 🚿. The balcony was large with a beautiful view, both day and night 🌃🌅 The kettle was not working at first, but once we requested a replacement, they immediately brought us a new one. Housekeeping was done daily, and the response to all our requests was very fast. We even asked for a phone charging adapter, and they provided it right away 🔌⚡ The staff were extremely kind and helpful — truly outstanding service ❤️ Breakfast was very simple and not very varied, but acceptable 🍳☕️ Both the welcome upon arrival and the farewell at checkout were very respectful. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their kindness and professionalism 🌸 We will definitely repeat this experience, God willing 🤍✨

I stayed here with my wife for a week and we had a wonderful stay! The room was a great value and was very comfortable mostly because they had strong hearing and hot water while it was very cold outside. Most of the staff are young and decent but two specific staff at reception were really great, Tsotne and a girl with black hair who always smiled (which is rare with locals) and helpful. The hotel lacked many amenities but it was still good quality fior what we paid in low season. There was free wifi but very slow most of the time.

I had a great stay at the Ameri Plaza Hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and feels completely safe, which I appreciated a lot. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout my stay — especially Giorgi, Colne and Shota at the reception, who were always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference. The waitresses in the breakfast restaurant were also very nice and attentive, creating a pleasant start to each day. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would be happy to stay here again. Definitely recommended!

Overall, we had a good stay. A minor issue was that basic items such as toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing. Kind and nice staff and receptions (especially Otto ✌🏻) Breakfast is normal, not too bad but not so good!

Front desk guys were the best! so cooperative and always smiling and helpful. Thank you Giorgi, Gvantsa, Dachi, Tsotne, Maryam and Oto 🌻✨

I want to comment about one of the hotel receptionist. I truly appreciate Giorgi Gachechiladze. One midnight, my friends and I went to a café, and when we returned to the hotel by taxi through Yandex, I realized I had left my phone in the car. It was a very stressful moment, but Giorgi went above and beyond to help me. He patiently supported me for a long time, sending messages from his own phone to Yandex’s backup system and explaining everything to them. He made several calls, listened carefully to my explanation while I was under stress, and showed genuine concern when others seemed indifferent. Giorgi was a great companion during this difficult situation, and thanks to his persistence, we finally managed to recover my phone. He even told me to go back to my room and rest while he personally collected the phone from the driver and delivered it to me. I am certain that without his dedication and kindness, I would not have found my newly purchased iPhone, and it would have ruined my travel memories. Thank you again, Giorgi, for your responsibility, compassion, and kind heart. You truly deserve the best in this world. I hope to see you again.

Very nice rooms but not very good service, you had to ask directly for them to clean your room, no cutlery either, bad breakfast, the last floor doesnt have elevator.
