I met Sylvie at the Registration Office. She welcomed me warmly, and without her support I wouldn’t have had the courage to join the university. At first, I only came to ask some questions, but she guided me with advice, followed up with me, and even kindly invited me to reach out anytime if I had more questions. She was truly different, supportive, and classy in the way she dealt with me.
