Dr Tahir was professional, attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly — I never felt rushed. The front-desk staff were friendly and efficient with appointments and follow-ups. Overall, a great clinic with caring people who genuinely make you feel looked after. Highly recommend!

What was more attractive than the efficient treatment was the human touch delivered by yourself and your sweet colleagues. We had an excellent experience at American Wellness Center. Our daughter underwent a comprehensive assessment with Dr. Faranak, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We were initially very worried, especially as we noticed our daughter struggling to cope socially with her peers. Through the thorough and thoughtful assessment process, we learned that she is in fact a gifted child with a high level of intelligence, which brought us immense relief and clarity. We are truly grateful to Dr. Faranak and the entire team for being so accommodating, supportive, and professional throughout the process. They guided us every step of the way and made us feel heard and reassured. We cannot thank the team enough and would highly recommend American Wellness Center to any parent seeking comprehensive and compassionate care for their child.

American Wellness Center is an amazing place to take you child if they need professional help. Ms Jhonna was very professional and courteous in our first meeting and arranged a one to one meeting head of AWC , Dr Tahir , he is such a gem of a person. Great consultation and we were correctly guided for the next course of action. Jhonna continued to be great with the billing process, clarity on appointment bookings and excellent follow up. She made sure we were comfortable with the experience and it was indeed a correct choice to pick AWC

I had a wonderful experience with the doctor Dimple—she is incredibly kind, professional, and truly caring. The entire staff at the center is also very friendly and cooperative, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I really appreciated how punctual they are with appointments. The spinal decompression device they use has helped me a lot; I started feeling relief after just a few sessions, and the pain has noticeably started to fade. I highly recommend this center to anyone dealing with neck issue

This place operates in a **fraudulent and deceptive manner**. Before I went to the American Wellness Center, I **clearly spoke to them and confirmed multiple times** that I only wanted a **Conners test for ADHD**. They explicitly agreed and assured me that this is what would be done. However, once I arrived and **paid**, the reality was completely different. I was taken in for what turned out to be a **regular consultation**, not a Conners test. Then, to my shock, the doctor informed me that I must undergo a **full ADHD assessment consisting of six sessions**. This was never disclosed beforehand and was clearly forced on me after payment. This is not a misunderstanding — it is a **bait-and-switch tactic** designed to trap patients into expensive services they did not consent to. On top of that, their communication was painfully slow, taking **over 15 days to respond**, showing zero respect for patients’ time. This behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and feels like outright fraud. I strongly advise others to stay away from this center. I absolutely do **not recommend** them.

I recently had a frustrating experience at American Wellness Centre that I feel compelled to share. My appointment started off poorly when I was made to wait for two hours due to the clinic sending the wrong code to my insurance. After finally being called in to consult with the doctor, I was left waiting for another hour. I ended up having to contact my insurance company myself to figure out what went wrong, only to discover that the error was on the clinic's part. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive and refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer a solution. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and customer service. I hope they can improve their processes in the future, but I can't recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I got a herniated disc, I was lucky to have Beena and her team of girls to take care of me. They made me feel calm and taken care of, i really recommend going here 🙏🏻

The hospital is un reliable nost of the Doctor are not available and don't visit if you have taken appointment. It is unnecessary waste of time, do check and still nothing is guaranteed. The receptionist are too rude

This clinic is a very professional. From the doctors to staff, specially Jhoana and Brian they will treat you with respect. Good job to all team.
