This university is ridiculously expensive, and yet the quality of education hasn’t improved one bit. Tuition fees keep going up year after year, seemingly just “manually adjusted” without any real justification. The registration process is an absolute nightmare — slow, disorganized, and stressful. I am on and off with this university for 4 years now and I am shocked to see that nothing has improved since then, aside from a new website (which doesn’t really solve the bigger issues). While there are some professors who are genuinely professional and knowledgeable, there are also plenty who can barely speak English and seem completely lost in their own classes. I honestly don’t understand how some of them were even hired. Overall, for the amount of money they charge, the experience is disappointing and frustrating. This place needs serious management reform, not just cosmetic changes.

Can’t comment on the quality of education here, but the amenities and staff here is very good. We had a conference here two years ago and facility is amazing. The design and interior is well thought out. I hear it was designed by American architects. Very impressive inside. Student life is very active judging from posters inside. A lot of art paintings inside and nice food offered in cafeteria.

One of the best universities of Armenia. EC, Business & Computer technologies are the main facultets of AUA. Good library full of interesting books

Ive had my english courses here and the teacher was absolutely flawless. I also had my tests here, TOEFL, SAT. The staff was always professional, helpful and kind. I would also thank the admissions office for being helpful with any questions.

Unfortunately the least is 1 star, I would have given further negative rating if it existed. One of the university with worst hospitality, the receptionist didn't let us use the waiting area as we were waiting for a friend while it was raining outside. When we asked if we could use the WC the receptionist told us to use the Cafe across the street, how aweful attitude!! Though it says American University of Armenia but it doesn't have that standard. What is the use of having such good infrastructure when the staff have such a terrible attitude or I may say such terrible policies kept by the American university of Armenia

Interesting courses but studying is so so. I think they can do better if they try harder I hope all the best for students studying in the AuA

Interesting place, a good university.

I organized an event in this university. It was a huge pleasure to work with the events team of the university. Everything was perfectly arranged. We felt very welcome.

One of the worst hospitality from the side of staff in the university..we couldn't even sit in the waiting area..we couldn't even use the washroom while we were waiting for a friend. I'm not commenting about the university itself but about the attitude of the people in the reception.

Actually one of the best universities available in Armenia. Not excellent staff. It is too expensive to study here.
