Sehr netter Empfang, zuvorkommend, immer hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt zum Hotel vor unserer Reise war perfect, so wussten wir, das alles klappt, wir wurden um 5 Uhr früh vom Flughafen abgeholt, durften sofort das sehr schöne Zimmer beziehen. Das kleine Hotel ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Man kann die Altstadt auch zu Fuß erreichen und so einheimisches Leben kennen lernen. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich.

Excellent hotel with superb service! The staff were always courteous and ready to help regardless of the time of day. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable — every detail is thoughtfully designed. The room design and the hotel overall deserve special praise. The hotel features a wonderful rooftop terrace and a small courtyard where you can sit in a quiet, cozy atmosphere with a cup of coffee. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I had a very pleasant two-night stay at the Amira Hotel in Samarkand. The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly tidy, and the customer service was excellent. Although the hotel isn't located right on the main street, the surrounding neighborhood is truly remarkable. I truly appreciate the wonderful attention to detail from the hotel and its incredible staff. They even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, which made my stay feel extra special!
