Very disappointing service. The curtains were promised for a specific date, and it’s now three days past that with no delivery. We relied on that commitment and didn’t approach another provider. Since then, the owner has been unresponsive and does not return calls. This lack of accountability and communication makes the experience extremely frustrating. Would not recommend.
