The staff Mariel, Joyce, Crisel, Ann and Gen were very helpful and patient as I tried the Nishane perfume lines from the store. I finally got a bottle of Wulong Cha X for a great bargain! Their perfume selection is divine! I was also able to debunk some comments about the staff’s attitude which is the total contrast of what I experienced visiting the store. This is definitely my new GoTo store for Niche Perfumes!

My experience in amour as being customer for long time, they are not approachable always not smiling but there is one time this tall lady wearing glasses that have dimples i think her name is sami this one she is very warmth and she assist me with patience even i was there for long time. Same expeerience in muharraq because the arabic lady there is very approachable unlike the old staff there before, and it made me my more easily

I have been a customer for a while, bought many perfumes over time, great prices, no issues, some people question prices which are sometimes way cheaper than the original price, they just don’t know how liquidation works. The only issue made me remove a star is the customer service, like many said, definitely needs to improve.
