Faulty products - beware - went to Ample yesterday to buy a premium screen guard for my new iPhone 17 pro. Had it applied by one of the associates at Ample to ensure proper application. The screen guard cracked in less than 24 hours!! Went back today to request for a replacement… was refused citing external damage instead of faulty product ! As usual, it’s the customers fault (sarcasm). They didn’t even check if there’s a problem with the product Less than 24 hours and my screen guard gave up!! Waste of money, time and energy. Stay away !! Awful support and customer experience

I gave my mackbook pro for service under apple service program and got my keyboard replaced, after I received the laptop I found that the touch ID is not working and went back to the store, the guy is saying sir your must have checked this at the time of delivery. I said him that touch ID will not work when the finger is dirty so I went home and tried but still its not working. How come not only me people who get service here get post service they face other issues, you guys are just scamming on the name of apple to get extra money from the cx by solving one component in the device and faulting the other one. This store has pathetic team who dont even know how to check the online appointment, though having an online appointment these guys asked me to take token. Just spoiling the brand name and trust of apple with their service. Complete dissatisfaction I recommend public not to go to their service centre we do have other authorised stores please check people opinion. I dont even want to give half a star rating but just google dont accept am giving 1 star as minimum to post this review.

From Service to Sales – Ample Technologies Has Lost Its Way I recently visited Ample Technologies to get my Apple TV 4K (2nd Generation) fixed, and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. What used to be a trustworthy and service-focused center now feels like nothing more than a sales-driven operation. My issue was straightforward: the OS needed to be restored, and the device required a reboot. I’d already tried fixing it myself, but it didn’t work, so I turned to the so-called experts. Instead of addressing the problem, the staff’s first response was to ask if the product was under warranty. Since it wasn’t, their only solution was to dismiss it as a “zero value” device and recommend purchasing a new one. This wasn’t just frustrating—it felt downright dismissive. The problem wasn’t beyond repair; it just needed technical attention. I later took it to a third-party service provider who resolved the issue quickly, proving that Ample’s suggestion to discard and replace the device was completely unnecessary. What’s even more disheartening is that this isn’t an isolated incident. While I was waiting in line, I noticed other customers being told similar things. The focus on pushing new products instead of providing genuine service is now a consistent pattern. Ample Technologies used to stand out for its excellent service and customer care, but those days seem long gone. For anyone dealing with Apple product issues, I’d recommend steering clear of this place. There are better options out there that won’t just treat you as a potential sale.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience. The service center was well aware that my display issue was caused by a hardware or OS problem, yet they didn’t disclose this to me until I specifically asked, and then they charged me ₹27,000. It seems the products purchased from Ample aren’t as reliable as those from the Amazon or Apple store in Bangalore, as the latter products are working fine till now. The ones from Ample, on the other hand, have been malfunctioning more frequently. I’ve purchased an iWatch and an iPhone from this store, but they seem to be facing more issues compared to those bought elsewhere. Just learn to treat your customers properly. I honestly don’t understand how Apple has this store as an authorized partner. Charging ₹800 for a single enquiry, making customers—many of whom are senior citizens, to sit on benches for hours, and having understaffed engineers is unacceptable. It's high time you improve your service and raise your standards.

My phone display was replaced because of a hardware/OS issue (technician informed this only upon return) and they charged me 27K despite knowing the fact the fault is with the device. Apple says this center shouldn't have charged this money. Now both of them are pointing fingers at each other. I bought my phone, last year at the same place, I used to wonder why people were returning with a sad face from the service center, ig now I'm one of them. Ample Technologies - if you can't do your service properly, don't try to sell either.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Ample Technologies Has Lost Its Service Focus My recent interactions with Ample Technologies have left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. Once upon a time, I was a loyal customer, regularly relying on them for both sales and services over six years, transitioning from Ample to iCare with unwavering trust. However, in the past two years, it has become painfully clear that their priorities have shifted drastically – from being service-oriented to solely focusing on squeezing money out of customers. Take my AirPods issue from a few months ago: I was told they were beyond repair and pushed to buy a new pair. Reluctantly, I followed their recommendation. Yet, to my surprise, the same AirPods were later fixed perfectly by a third-party service provider and are still functioning flawlessly. The breaking point came today when I visited them with my Apple TV 4K (2nd Generation). It simply needed an OS restore and reboot – a minor issue I was fully aware of but couldn’t resolve with my Mac. I expected their technical team to handle this effortlessly. Instead, the first question I was asked was about the warranty. Unsurprisingly, as a 2-year-old product, it wasn’t under warranty. Despite this, the problem was fixable, but their recommendation? “The product is of no value; you should just buy a new one.” This blatant disregard for genuine service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, while waiting my turn, I overheard other customers facing similar situations – being encouraged to discard and replace their products rather than offering any real service solutions. Ample Technologies has completely lost its credibility as a service provider. They are now solely driven by sales, often at the expense of customer satisfaction. For those seeking reliable Apple product service, I strongly urge you to avoid Ample Technologies. Their current approach is untrustworthy and nothing short of a money grab.

Disheartened by Ample Technologies – A Once Reliable Name Has Fallen I have always trusted Apple products for their quality and durability. Naturally, when my Apple TV 4K (2nd Generation) encountered an issue recently, I turned to Ample Technologies, expecting a professional solution. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from professional or trustworthy. The problem was simple: an OS update failure that required a reset and restore. I’d tried resolving it using my Mac but couldn’t get it to work. Confident that Ample’s team could handle it, I visited their service center. However, the very first question was about the warranty. As my device was over two years old, they immediately dismissed it as having “no value” and strongly suggested buying a new one instead. It’s baffling and infuriating how a simple software issue – something entirely fixable – was disregarded so they could push a sales agenda. This wasn’t the first time, either. I’ve noticed a worrying pattern with them over the past couple of years. Service seems to have taken a backseat, replaced by an aggressive focus on sales. In fact, while waiting, I overheard similar conversations with other customers facing the same pushy approach: “Your product isn’t worth fixing; buy a new one.” This isn’t the Ample Technologies I once knew and respected. To add salt to the wound, I later discovered a third-party service provider that easily resolved my issue. My Apple TV is now working perfectly – proving that Ample’s claim of “zero value” was completely unfounded. I write this not out of anger but disappointment. Ample Technologies has lost the essence of what made them reliable: genuine service. If you value your time and hard-earned money, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere for service needs. They seem to care more about sales targets than solving customer problems.

This is one of the best Apple service centre i ever visited. The ambiance and waiting room was quite good and they replaced my iPhone without asking any question as Apple promised. If you have any issue with your Apple products please visit this service centre once. I always suggest to talk to Apple customer care team before reaching out to any service centre they help you in many ways even the service centre can’t.

Called there given number to verify if battery available for iPhone and they said it’s available and visit the store. Upon reaching asked to create a appointment for the technician to address the query hence everything was smooth and almost 30 mins been done then technician stating battery is out of stock and it will take 2 to 3 business days time. If technician not aware about the inventory how they can confirm it’s available? Literally wasted time visiting there middle of working day. Not a good impression for visiting first time to this store. Anyone visiting here kindly make sure to check twice about ur query before u spend time n fuel to visit there and asked to come again

Absolutely shocking service. Quoted INR 55K but actual price is 65K totally misleading and corrupt service. I asked for the screen to be fixed but they repaired a battery issue as well which I did not request or require. Technicians don’t call back on time and speak poor English, so it’s impossible to understand them. There online payment system doesn’t allow for international credit cards meaning I have to travel over100km to make the payment in person wasting more of my time and money. They also want payment before actually doing any work. Furthermore was told 2-4 workday days to fix in the end it was 8 working days. Final insult is after fixing they texted ready for delivery when I called, they said delivery service is not possible. Apple is a totally unethical and greedy multinational corporation failing in its duty of best practice. If I could rate in the negatives it would be -5. I think I’ll invoice them for my time and emotional and mental trauma.

One of the most prompt service providers I have come across. Bound with apple process approvals what ever can be fixed is done with apple supreme standards and product support. Even though my product was out warranty and estimate cost is extremely high but that is as per apple norms of ultimate consumer experience with only part replacement and no repair policy common with every other brand.

I wonder how Apple given the authorization for this service center to operate. First thing is, staffs don't respect the customers complaint and rude. Second thing is they don't care about customer complaints and stick to stay on what is pre-defined mind set. I gave my corporate iPhone XR for auto factory reset compliant which happen 5th time in past 6 months. They received the phone on Saturday and Monday morning they confirmed no issues with the phone and can be collected. The biggest surprise is that, they claim my phone never factory reset before and no logs available where i have a screenshot for the reset and restore on the last incident. The engineer says, you go to anywhere they will say the same as no issues with the headset [ie, the phone is in warranty for next 2 months only] and i can clearly see, just pass on the warranty and get customer to suffer. How a iPhone will not store any logs which had 5 times factory reset.? Apple losing its reputation just because of these kind of service centers or not sure Apple itself encouraging such things in indian market. This never happens in Europe or Americas' and Apple is kind enough to support the customers. Regards, Senthil.

You buy Apple for a great experience and go to an iStore for the same reason. If you want to sweat it out profusely and suffer when waiting for your service turn, go here - and mind you, all this when the weather is cool and rainy outside. It’s almost as if the suffocating environment without windows, fans or air conditioning is meant to dissuade you from coming here.

i went to repair my iPhone 7. I knew it was a battery issue. The engineer refused to agree and said it is a problem with mother board and phone needs to be replaced. Later he suggested to try and reset the phone. He gave me a feeling of no other option and hence i agreed to reset losing all my data. The reset did not solve the problem. I got the battery replaced at another authorised center and now the phone works well. Based on my experience i would not recommend this center since the engineers aren't able to accurately diagnose the problem and offer solutions

Worst outlet apple could have ever had. I have an iPad with accidental damage cover which itself says cracks and shatter coverage. Good thing I did was to contact apple directly before I went here as they directed me. Since I had a case number they offered to look, but they denied the claim saying it covers only single crack and not multiple. Not sure what shatter coverage means for them. However they offered an exchange for 23,000. That's almost the cost of new one. Don't ever go to this outlet for ANYTHING. Somebody help me.

I have undergone many solutions with the Ample Tech, so far I have suggested many of my friends to visit this place for service and sales. The staff are polite and products are delivered before estimated time. Its is wonder that Apple Authorised Service Center in "Chennai" is amazing. Keep it up, need some more options like Home delivery and Pickup. Hope you will service us with Home delivery options. Great !! 👏

I visited this place for servicing my MacBook air. The ambience and the interiors are modern and classy. Usually, these service centres have the habbit of making the customers wait with their long and boring procedures. But this place was different. Starting from receiving the customers, registration process and friendly atmosphere gives us a non-alienated feel. And the most important is the fast service. Probably the fastest service I've ever seen. I would recommend this place for all who has Apple products.

Great place for care and repair of your Apple Products. The staff is friendly and professional. You are always updated via emails and SMS, even whatsapp. Waiting time is less and most importantly the servicing is done within 2 business days. (Atleast for iPhones)
