I opted for the Shirodhara massage and it was an incredible, deeply relaxing, and unique Ayurvedic experience. The treatment was traditional and done with great care—highly recommended! The only thing to note is that Munnar’s weather is a bit chilly, so it would have been even better if the room was slightly heated. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Definitely go for it!

I got a 100 minute massage, Shirodhaara and steam bath treatment session at Amritha in Munnar. The experience was amazing. The center is clean and aesthetic. The service is world class. My therapist was Abhirami. She was polite, professional and very attentive. After the session I felt completely relaxed and renewed. Abhirami’s cheerful smile was the cherry on top! If I come back to Munnar, I will be a repeat customer for sure!!

I did the package service at this spa. The staff were very professional and my masseuse, Anaka, in particular was fantastic at her job. I’m usually very sensitive to too much pressure and get tired quickly of laying on a massage table for too long. She was attentive, checked in at the exact right times and created a comfortable atmosphere. I nodded off at times from how relaxed I was. I would come here again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ayurvedic Panchakarma Treatment Center in Munnar Town.I took the rejuvenation package, which included all the traditional massages, and it was truly relaxing and refreshing. The masseur, Anju, was highly skilled and made sure every session was perfect. The receptionist, Mr. Adarsh, was very caring and helpful throughout my visit. I had shirodhara. It was a great combo of head, neck massage and shirodhara. The attend was very good, professional, using appropriate pressure and temperature of oil. In all it was really relaxing and refreshing experience. Thank you. It was great.

It was a pleasant experience.. The massage was done gently and accordingly to the health issue that I have.. There is not much pressure was put on me as I have slipped disk.. However, my neck and shoulder massage was greatly done..

I visited this spa on my driver's recommendation during my trip to Munnar in March, but it turned out to be the worst mistake. I should have gone to the one at Taj Scenic Hotel, as I did during my trip. The place isn’t clean, and the washroom doesn’t meet spa standards. There’s no change room, so you undress in front of a masseuse—the staff don’t speak any English and don’t understand at all. Everything had to be explained with hand gestures. The lady doctor couldn’t understand well, and honestly, she was quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great massage with Abhirami, she was absoutely wonderful. The pressure was perfect. She was very kind and welcoming. She had a lovely smile. I would love to come back and have another treatment with her in the future.

The staff is polite and did a good job with full body massage. But the room where the massage is being done , can be more neat and clean and tidy . If they can play slow calming music and add better lighting ; it will improve the overall experience . Price was competitive .

Extremely disappointed with the service! Paid 6k for couple massage for 2, but it was a total letdown. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and they didn't even use disposable clothes. The steam bath was a joke - a pressure cooker with a pipe? Not safe at all! Instead of relaxation, we got a bad smell and an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend. The staff are not trained, they don't know how to give a relaxing massage at all. They just applied smelly oil on all over the body. Not worthy at all. Not at all recommended.
