Being a branch of Amrutha, the food here closely mirrors the taste of the Amrutha Qusais, maintaining a familiar flavor. Interestingly, the tea at this location was noticeably better. However, cleanliness and hygiene need serious attention. The restaurant's location seems to contribute to the lack of cleanliness, but this makes it even more important for the management to step up their efforts. The floor tile gaps are filled with dirt and dust, a mop is placed next to the handwash area, and most of the sofa seats have cracked resin covers, which gives a rundown impression. Additionally, the nearby work halt building affects the lighting around the restaurant, especially in the evenings, making the overall atmosphere feel dull and uninviting. NB: This review is based on my personal experience—your taste and experience may vary, so give it a try and decide for yourself!

Extremely poor service. The behavior of the person at the counter was incredibly rude and arrogant. Usually, even if a customer comes in just for a tea, a friendly gesture from the staff would encourage them to order more. But here, the attitude was so welcoming that I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. The owner should invest some money in training the staff; it will only help your business grow."

Food is ok.service is very good .staff so polite,interior nice. just tried the snack .pani puri was average but filter coffie was excellent . I want to try their main course and other dish if I get chance. But recomended .I saw other very good reviews. That's why I want to come again.

A hidden gem in Al Nahda, Amrutha Restaurant serves authentic South Indian food with consistently good taste and value. Every single dish that left the kitchen, from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert was phenomenal!!! The service, was absolutely amazing, fast, accurate and beyond our expectations, It was a fantastic experience and a great way to end our dinner🤗would definitely vistit again ❤️

Despite the food and ambience good, one of the worst customer service experience I ever encountered in a restaurant! The restaurant was empty and I ordered Aloo paratha, server said it will take minimum 15 mins and maximum at their convenience! They will only prioritize parcel order even if that had come after our order! You can visit the restaurant if you want to eat their mercy, you may get food if you are lucky and some parcel order gets cancelled!

I went to the restaurant today with my family including my one year old and around 3:45 and as soon as we were to sit they said we are not serving. We were so hungry and asked if they could give something to eat. The steward very rigidly said no. If you are in hospitality business then respect customers who are coming there to eat. I go there very often but now I will think twice if I should go to such a place. There were so many things they could offer if not complete meal but they did not even speak properly. Shameful.

I always enjoy the food here. It's hygienic and freshly made with a peaceful environment.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff one guy I don’t remember his name - behavior was rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the dining experience. Their attitude made me feel as if I was having food without even paying for it — totally unacceptable! The management really needs to take this seriously and take immediate action to improve their staff’s manners and overall service quality.

The delivery service was very poor. I ordered Samosa Chat along with a fresh milk tea, but the presentation and handling were not up to the mark. The tea spilled inside the cover during transit, making it messy and inconvenient. It seemed that the delivery person was unaware about tea inside the package. Additionally, this issue points to carelessness from the packing department. The items should be packed separately and securely to prevent spillage, and the delivery personnel should be informed about the correct way to handle such items to ensure they reach the customer in good condition. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their packaging and delivery procedures to enhance customer satisfaction in the future.

Amrutha Restaurant is a pure vegetarian spot that truly delivers on taste and value. Their mini tiffin is really worth trying – a perfect combo of variety and flavor. The ghee roast is also delicious, crisp, and aromatic. Prices are very affordable, making it a great choice for everyday meals or a quick bite. A must-visit for veg food lovers!

Delivery came relatively quick. I had the vegetarian hakka noodles and gobi manchurian. Both were very good and adequate for the price. The hakka noodles came with plenty of veggies and tofu (love tofu, needs more tofu). Noodles were kind of oily but they had some spice.

All time favorite vegetarian restaurant in Uae 🇦🇪.., The best ghee roast, masala dosa, and dahi vada just wow…, the ambience, the service, the taste , all is good .

Ordered chapathi kuruma and chilly porotta. Standards have really gone down..really disappointed..chilly porotta looks like nachos dipped in sauce..

This is a very bad restaurant. None of the shop staff use gloves. They don't know how to respect customers. They treat customers badly.
