Wonderful experience at this cooking school. The lady and her daughter are wonderful hosts and we learnt so much. The flavours which we tasted in the 9 curries were very flavoursome. Highly recommend this cooking school when in this area.

a must do in sigriya! a very special traditional experience. the family was extremely lovely and accommodating. they were able to fit in our last minute booking. most importantly the food was absolutely incredible!!

Een traditionele top ervaring. Wajira is een heel lieve vrouw die beleefd is en alles goed en enthousiast uitlegt. Haar familie was ook aanwezig en was erg vriendelijk. We hebben veel bijgeleerd over de traditionele manier van koken en gewoontes hier. En bovenal was het eten enorm lekker! Dankjewel voor deze ervaring!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en préparant le repas que nous avons dégusté ensuite. Un régal ! Nous avons participé à toutes les étapes de la préparation du rice-curry. Un tres bon accueil et nous avons participé à d'autres activités qu'ils nous ont gentiment proposées

We had an amazing time at the cooking class! 🍛🔥 The lady and her daughter were absolutely amazing! The were so friendly full of laughter from start to finish. made everything easy to follow so enjoyable. We loved getting hands-on with all the fresh spices, coconut, and authentic local ingredients. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and it was so exciting to learn the traditional cooking techniques step by step. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sri Lanka — great food, great people, and so much fun! 🇱🇰✨

A really great experience—they teach you step by step how to cook different typical Sri Lankan dishes, and then you get to eat everything, plus it includes dessert! The women (a mother and her two daughters) who run the business and give the classes are lovely and explain everything really well. And everything it has a really good price - incredible! I highly recommend this place if you’re coming to Sigiriya!
