Anga Yerevan Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t know how to speak to guests, and when we asked for assistance at night, they simply said there was no staff available and to come back tomorrow. The room was full of dust and clearly not cleaned before our arrival, which made it very uncomfortable for my family. Overall, this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed in Armenia. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and a complete lack of hospitality. I would not recommend this property to anyone

One of the best hotels in Yerevan. It’s hard to find a place with both a balcony and a bathtub but this place had both. The breakfast is really good, as is the service. Armen the bartender is a great guy and a very good bartender. Highly recommend.

“I stayed at this hotel for 9 days, and it was an absolutely excellent experience. The room I stayed in had a very nice size, comfortable and well-spaced. The cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10, truly outstanding. The food was good, and as a Muslim, I was very happy to find great halal options available, which made my stay even better. All the staff were well-mannered, respectful, cooperative, and extremely helpful. A special thanks to the receptionist Erika, who was incredibly kind and professional, although honestly, everyone was amazing. I wish them all the best and continued success. If I ever visit Yerevan again, I will definitely choose the same hotel without hesitation.

В целом очень чистая гостиница . Персонал 10 из 10. Завтраки отменные и разнообразные, кофе натуральный. В номере всё необходимое есть. Утюг и гладильная доска по запросу. Расположение отличное. Рядом ТЦ Ташир. Фуд Корт SAS находится так же в минуте ходьбы от отеля. Здесь есть меню на любой вкус.

فندق هادىء ممتاز الموقع قريب بالمشي للساحة ١٥ ل ٢٠ دقيقة وخلفه مباشره دقيقتان مشي gum market … قربه سوبر ماركت وحلاق وصالون وخضار ومحلات كل شي قريب منه .. الافطار بسيط ولكن لذيذ لقد اقمنا فيه اسبوع ولم تواجهنا مشاكل ابداً وفي الاستقبال لديهم صرافة فكان من السهل علينا تحويل العمله والصرف موظفون بشوشين ومتساعدون .. الغرفة بسيطة وقديمة بعض الشي ولكن دافئة ونظيفة الماء ساخن انصح به والمنطقة آمنه

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته فندق رائع وخدمة ممتازة! الموظفون، بدءًا من البواب الذي يمرّ من الأستقبال وصولًا إلى المطعم/بوفيه الإفطار، لطفاء للغاية، ويرغبون دائمًا في المساعدة والاستماع إلى أدنى طلب. المطعم متوسط يقدم اطباق محدوده الطعامً جيد جداً الفندق في وسط المدينة حيث كل ما تحتاجه قريب. (من صيدلية وبقالة وخضار يوجد مطعم قريب لبناني مقابل الكنيسة الطاقم لبناني واكلهم فعلا ممتاز واسعار جداً معقوله) الغرف متفاوته في الحجم لقد كانت لدينا تجربة جيدة أبقِ نافذة الغرفة مفتوحة إذا كان فصل الشتاء للحفاظ على برودة الغرفة وإلا سيكون الجو حارًا جدًا في الداخل لديهم موظفون ودودون في مكتب الأستقبال بالخصوص (السيد مانوك لبناني الجنسية ناطق باللغة العربية يساعدك في اي شئ تحتاجه فله الشكر والتقدير والإحترام) أوصي بهذا الفندق بكل خدماته و طاقمه اللطيف. ملاحظة: لكم الاحترام و التقدير للعاملين جميعاً

A super hotel with a super service! People from the doorman passing by the reception by finishing with restaurant/ breakfast buffet are very kind and are always wanting to help and listening to the slightest request. The restaurant propose a food with low price compared to the city center. I like the view from my balcony. I recommend this hotel with all the services and lovely people.

الفندق رائع جدا والافطار جيد جدا وشكرا للسيدة التي تنظف الغرفة اسمها أرمينا متعاونه وبشوشه انصح به بشدة واقترح بأن بالأمان اخذ أكل الفطور الى الغرفة خصوصا من لديهم اطفال كانت غرفتي واسعه ٧٠٢

Great location, close to everything you need. Service was good, breakfast also.

Rooms for 1-3 people are extremely small but clean. Paid for 2 nights with breakfast but due to our situation was not able to stay second night and neither used breakfast but paid for it and asked to return our breakfast money but they refused. They put two robes instead of three as we were 3 and at the end their staff reported they couldn’t find third one? What a pity. Their shower was not working properly.

The hotel is complete with basic facilities and is conveniently located near supermarkets, parks, and city center (15 minutes walk). The lobby looks elegant with white and gold theme, and always looks clean and well-maintained. The room given to me was big enough for a solo traveler. Also pleasantly surprised with their breakfast as they have good options that vary everyday. The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the bellman -- can’t say anything negative about them. Some of them don’t speak English but they tried to communicate through gestures. The only thing I can say negatively about this hotel is the elevator. They only have one lift so it takes a few minutes of waiting before it arrives. Other than that, I think this hotel is worth every penny.

We had a good experience. Keep the room window open if it's winter to keep the room cool. otherwise, it will be very hot inside. The housekeeping and morning buffet breakfast is all good. They have customer Friendly staff at the reception.

Review from 502 and 503 Overall, stay was decent. We didn't like the fact that the water was served only on 1st day as conplimentary ..while we had stayed for 3 days. The vegetarian options in food were quite lesser, and the made to order for the eggs option was not available. The driver on the last day of our trip where we had gone to the symphony of stones was quite reckless in his driving.

The hotel makes a strong impression with its classy ambiance. The rooms, spacious and well-maintained, come equipped with all the essentials one might need. The restaurant also stands out, particularly for its enjoyable breakfast, adding to our enjoyment of the stay.

If I could give more stars I would! Impeccable cleaning, polite and friendly staff. Perfect location, walking distance from city center. Nice bar/restaurant. Rooms are very cozy. Everything in the hotel is high quality.

Hotel located near to everything in town 15 minutes anywhere by taxi hotel looks like a city building not like fancy one and rooms are small but okay No place for luggage to open it, you’ll get water only once when you check-in that’s not nice other hotels daily refill. Breakfast are so light you can say poor as well and no egg session, only two type of eggs you can’t request for special one. People are friendly like Manook and Maya. Hotel for sleep only not for long stay Enjoy your vacation
