I called their customer service for warranty claim process and customer service guy told me to knock them in messenger, so i did and i never got any reply at all. Product 4/5 Customer service 0/5

Absolute garbage brand with Fraudulent warranty policy. They sold me cheap quality product (PD charger) that became non functional in a year. When tried claiming the so called 18 months warranty, they said along with product , invoice, the box is also required. No box no warranty. They even mentioned they need the box because they can’t identify counterfeit product from their own. Do not recommend. 1/10 for service and product.

Just purchased two items, their behavior wasn't very professional. Poor communication and you can't see or test any product unless you purchase.

At first I was kind of confused whether I should buy any product from them or not. Cause there are hundreds of shops and the very reported ones who sell Anker products. But I finally bought this adaptor for my phone from them and so far everything seem great and the delivery was super quick. I have placed the order on Sunday evening and the product was delivered to me by Monday afternoon.

I recently visited the Anker Bangladesh office, and it was a great experience. The office is well-organized, and the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They provided excellent customer support, answering all my queries regarding Anker products with clarity and patience. The showroom had a great selection of authentic Anker products, including power banks, chargers, earbuds, and cables. The ambiance was clean and welcoming, making it easy to browse and explore their offerings. Overall, if you're looking for genuine Anker products and great customer service in Bangladesh, their office is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Be careful, Provides no warranty if Charger / adapter box is lost. Although it is not mentioned in the invoice or warranty policy in website.

So far, I've used 3 speakers by Anker. Each one had issues after six to eight months, I couldn't fully utilise the usability. Then this month I went to this shop (I don't know if its really Anker Bangladesh, because there were no signs of it, but the signs of Deximpo Int'l). Then I gave them soundcore 3 mini for servicing. First day, they were so busy, they told me to go back to my house as they'll discuss over phone. Then on the phone they told me there is an issue with the battery of the speaker that will cost around one thousand taka to fix (800 for the battery plus service charge). Then I told them to fix it. After a few days, receiving no calls from them, I called them and they told me it was fixed I can receive it anyday. Then the next day I went to them only to realize they haven't touched the speaker yet. Then they told me to wait 10 minutes, which turned into half an hour. After waiting, they informed me that there is no issue with battery, but a circuit that will cost one thousand or more. Then I replied that I was told earlier that the issue is with the battery (800 BDT), but now you're saying, nothing with the battery. Then why are you asking 1000 BDT?. Then he justified that the circuits are even expensive than the batteries, etc etc, which obviously seemed bullshit to me. Being a peace lover, just to skip the arguments, eventually I quit and left the shop after paying 1000 BDT. I knew it is not right. I was really pissed off. There is no scope of trust in here. I will not buy Anker anymore. Peace.

Today I bought an eirbuds from the anker showroom. The Eirbuds were on offer. This is Anker's Official Showroom in Bangladesh. But despite being the main official showroom, there is less stock in Stoke. Due to which the buyer cannot independently choose the design of their choice of color. Every item in the showroom should be kept in stock in quantity.
