Very bad online service. I placed an order through your application, but the delivery was incomplete. The box and charger were missing from my order. I tried contacting customer support the entire day through chat, but there was no response. I waited more than three hours without any reply. Customer care only responds if I call; otherwise, no one seems to care about customers at all. Even now, I have been waiting for a customer care agent for over three hours with no response. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If you are unable to provide proper service through your application, please do not waste customers’ time. This has been a very poor experience, and I am highly disappointed with the service provided.

The offer are good but not updating often in their online ordering system, there are orders that are not available in thier stock, and they will not make any solution, either cancel it or they will give you the other items with a different price. Delivery time is also not being followed. Better order in another online platform.

Poor customer service at Sanitary ware section. Each and every customer service person seems to have been stressed for something and didn’t have courtesy to check if I need any assistance.

All is ok but I left ur company Company was not received my emergency Leve so that reason leave Ag Group but ag group is good

One of the the biggest Hypermarket that sells everything . It's cheaper and affordable to all , has a departmental store, hypermarket and all . From setting up your home to your monthly needs everything is here . There are lot of cheaper stuff though in different categories so that may not be helping people who needs to buy branded stuff .

All itams in same place can buy easily

You get everything you need for your home right from groceries, to home decor. But customer service is not upto the mark. We had to wait for someone to assist us at the furniture section. We asked for a measuring tape. But nobody helped us and when we spoke the guy at hd customer care was very rude.

its a long shopa nd they say u get everything, but they shoudl have more check out counters and it takes a long way back and no one in the customer support or service are inclined to help.

VEG FALAFILL IS A GREAT THING TO EAT THERE IN ANSAR GALLERY NEAR THE GROCERY ENTRANCE AREA .. VEGETABLES ARE CHEAP ... CLOTHES FOR KIDS ARE GOOD ..SHOES WNTER WEAR IS A GREAT IDEA TO BUY .. NO PARKING PROBLEM AT ALL .. I LIKE THIS PLACE A LOT

Very much disappointed with the rude behaviour and response of Supermarket Manager Chandra at Matar Kadeem branch when I visited to return a product purchased from that store within the allowable return time as per the policy. His way of talking and response was very bad and unprofessional ultimately spoiling the name of Ansar group.

There's nothing better than this

Have big underground car parking. Many branded shops there. You can find there brande cloths and foot wear. Have many kind of foods there .

Very spacious and not rowdy like some supermarkets in Doha. Parking space is sufficient and the interior view is good.

Ansar group one of the most popular and cheapest store. Unique offers are very attractive. I enjoyed food there.
