Very bad online service. I placed an order through your application, but the delivery was incomplete. The box and charger were missing from my order. I tried contacting customer support the entire day through chat, but there was no response. I waited more than three hours without any reply. Customer care only responds if I call; otherwise, no one seems to care about customers at all. Even now, I have been waiting for a customer care agent for over three hours with no response. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If you are unable to provide proper service through your application, please do not waste customers’ time. This has been a very poor experience, and I am highly disappointed with the service provided.
