ما امشب رو برای یک مناسبت مهم مهمان رستوران فرانسوی انتروکوت بودیم
تشکر ویژه میکنم از میزبانی تیم انتروکوت من معمولا خیلی نادر میشه که امتیاز کامل رو بابت غذا بدم ولی واقعا در مقایسه بود رقیب فرانسوی و قدیمی رستوران که من ۲سال گذشته مهمانشان بودم
انتروکوت سالاد انتروکوت از لحاظ میزان مواد و طعم سس عالی لذت بردیم سوپ پیاز هم از چیزی که من قبلا تست کرده بودم خیلی خوشمزه تر بود تنها ایرادی که میشه گرفت کمی کم نمک بود که با یه مقدار نمک جذاب شد و یه چیز جدیدی که ما سفارش داده بودیم ریشه یا ساقه درخت خرما بود که تو عکس ها میتونین ببنین که به نظرم برای تست بار اول چیزه جالبی بود ما دوست داشتیم بعد اون سراغ غذا اصلی رفتیم که از ما پرسیدن میخواین استیک تون که تنها غذا اصلی هم بود چه مدل پخت بشه که ما به دو حالت مدیوم و مدیوم ول انتخاب کردیم بشقاب ها عوض شد بعد پیش غذا و کار چنگال ها مرتب چیده شد استیک همراه با سیب زمینی سر سفره اومد استیک ها به خوبی مزه دار شده بود سیب زمینی ها کاملا حرفه ای داخل نرم بیرون برشته و یک سایز که هر چه قدر هم میخواستی شارژ میشد یعد اون میز مرتب و جمع شد ما موس شکلات سفارش دادیم که خوده ظرف موس از شکلات بود خیلی خوشمزه بود خیلی زیاد دسر جذابی بود لذت بردم واقعا
تنها ایراد که میشه به مجموعه گرفت صدای پایین موزیک فرانسوی
و با توجه به وایب رستوران فرانسوی و با توجه به این که فضا زیادی شامل دایین که در مجاورت آشپز خونه هم هست میشه مقدار صحبت و صدا ی آشپز خونه و کادر رستوران زیاد هست
ترکیب قرمز آلبالویی با چوب و چرم تیره و مشکی هم فضای بسیار رمانتیکی ساخته

Tonight, we were guests at the French restaurant Entrecôte for a very special occasion.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Entrecôte team for their hospitality. It is very rare for me to give a full score to a restaurant, but truly, in comparison to its well-known and long-standing French competitor where I dined two years ago, Entrecôte stands out.
As a welcome gesture, they first served toasted bread with butter. Unfortunately, the butter was individually packaged, which for a restaurant of this level feels somewhat undervalued. In my opinion, this detail should be reconsidered quickly — I even think not serving it at all would look better than offering packaged butter.
After that, we had the Entrecôte salad, which was excellent in both portion size and the flavor of the dressing — we truly enjoyed it. The French onion soup was even more delicious than the one I had previously tried elsewhere. The only minor criticism would be that it was slightly under-seasoned, but with a little added salt, it became perfect.
We also ordered something new — palm heart (palm stem), which you can see in the photos. For a first-time experience, it was quite interesting and we enjoyed trying it. We also had their special margarita, with a salted rim on the glass. Despite its simplicity, it had a uniquely delicious flavor that we really appreciated.
After that, we moved on to the main course. Since steak is the only main dish on the menu, we were asked about our preferred level of doneness. We chose medium and medium-well. After the starters, the plates were changed and the cutlery was neatly reset. The steak was served with fries. The steaks were well-seasoned and flavorful. The fries were professionally prepared — soft on the inside, crispy on the outside — and generously refillable in consistent portions.
Afterward, the table was cleared and we ordered chocolate mousse for dessert. Even the mousse cup itself was made of chocolate. It was absolutely delicious — a very appealing dessert that I truly enjoyed.
The only downside would be the low volume of the French music. Also, since a large part of the dining area is downstairs and located near the kitchen, conversations and kitchen noise can sometimes be noticeable.
The combination of cherry red with dark wood, leather, and black elements creates a very romantic atmosphere.
