APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower

I really enjoyed my stay at APA! The onsen was great, really decked out with indoor, outdoor and spa baths. The addition of the lawsons in the tower was very conventional. The room was a bit small but used the space fairly well. I liked the bed but one pillow was a bit large and the other very flat so could do with an in-between size. The shower was fine but I hit the roof showering a couple times as the roof is slightly too low for me.The check-in and out process was super easy and staff were very fast and polite in their service. We were also pretty close to the ryogoku train station and had a fairly nice view too.

広々とした大浴場もあり、とても良いホテルなんですが、残念な点が一点、2階のラウンジの空調についてです。冬はとても寒いです。スタッフの方へ声をかけましたが最大になってるとの事。せっかくテーブルと椅子が用意されていてちょっとしたデスクワークができるスペースが用意されているのに寒すぎて10分くらいが限界でした。 チラホラと近隣の学生さんのような姿もあったのでもしかすると部外者の長時間利用対策かもしれませんが、、、、 それならルームキーで入室管理するなど対策のしようがあると思います。 よく利用するホテルなのでここだけなんとか改善していただきたいです。

両国駅からすぐの好立地にあるこのホテルは、機能性と満足度が非常に高い一軒です。 まず、館内に本格的な大浴場（温泉）があるのが最大の魅力です。都会の真ん中で足を伸ばしてお湯に浸かれるのは、移動や仕事の疲れを癒やすのに最高でした。室内も非常に清潔感があり、コンパクトながらも使い勝手が良く、快適に過ごすことができました。 館内はかなり活気があり、観光客だけでなく海外の方も多く見受けられ、国際色豊かな雰囲気です。1階には24時間利用できるローソンが入っており、ちょっとした買い物にも困りません。 これだけの充実した設備と立地、そして清潔さがありながら、宿泊料金が非常にリーズナブルなのには驚きました。このクオリティでこの価格なら、次回の滞在でもぜひリピートしたいと思える、コスパ抜群のホテルです。

アパホテル&リゾート両国タワー 1泊だけ宿泊しました。 女性スタッフの方々が非常に丁寧に対応してくださり、大変感謝しております。 アパホテルは各地で利用しておりますが、こちらは荷物の受け取りなども含め、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。 お部屋も清潔で、アパホテルらしい品質が保たれていますが、タワーなのでお値段はかなり割高です。 今回は理由があり宿泊しましたが宿泊するだけならタワーはかなり割高なのでおすすめしません。 ありがとうございました。 I stayed for one night only. The female staff were extremely polite and attentive, and I truly appreciate their kindness. I have stayed at APA Hotels in many locations, but the service here—especially including assistance with receiving my luggage—was particularly courteous. The room was clean and maintained the typical APA Hotel quality, but since it is a tower hotel, the price is quite high. I stayed here for a specific reason this time, but if you are simply looking for a place to stay, the tower hotel is quite expensive, so I would not particularly recommend it. Thank you very much.

出張で利用。 1人向けの客室はかなり狭いです。スーツケースを開けただけで窮屈な空間に！ アメニティグッズはランクが高いです。特に、歯ブラシが細い毛先のもので、普通の市販品と比べても遜色ありません。 また、トイレットペーパーがダブルでした。 長期出張だったため、ランドリーが少なく不便でした。客室数に比べて圧倒的に少ない。部屋のTVでホテル情報からランドリーの使用状況も確認できるのですが、これも正確とは言い難いものでした。 また、エレベーターがなかなか止まりません。客室階には３基あるのですが、ボタンを押した後に点灯した以外のエレベーターが合計３往復しても、かたくなに点灯した位置のエレベーターしか止まりません。頭おかしいんじゃないでしょうか。 ホテル内のレストランも割高で、一度も利用しませんでした。 大浴場は、洗い場が個々にパーテーションがありいいと思います。不満点としては、サウナが無い、水流風呂は肩に直接水流が当たればいいのに背中の真ん中あたりである、あとは、まぁ、インバウンド客の傍若無人にさえ目を瞑れれば…という。 良かった点、悪かった点を総合すると、普通かな…という印象でした。

APA Hotel & Resort was very clean, the service was great, and the breakfast had options for every dietary preference. In addition to the core items that were available every day, there were also rotating menu options. Last but not least, the price was reasonable too. The room size was very compact, but it was designed thoughtfully. It would be better if the employees spoke English more fluently, as it would make communication easier. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

This APA hotel in Ryogoku has a strategic location next to two train stations and the stadium for sumo wrestling. It is also around 30-35 minutes to the Shinjuku/Shibuya area. Rooms were pretty small and cramped, but a good amount of toiletries were provided and the interior of the hotel was modern. Check-in time was 3 PM, and it is highly unlikely you will get your room before (you can always give your luggage in). It gets pretty crowded during check-in time, so please be mindful. Laundry service was pretty good. Fresh towels are also being provided daily. There is also a Lawson located on the second floor that is open 24/7. Checking out from the hotel was the easiest thing ever. Probably one of the best budget hotels in the area, but only if you are willing to go through a cramped room.

The location beside Ryogoku station is well connected to the other major Tokyo districts a tourist will want to visit. It’s especially close in proximity to Asakusa and Tokyo Station without the increased price tag. The elevators, however, as everybody has mentioned already, seriously take forever. At peak hours you can be standing on your floor waiting for 15+ min waiting for the elevator down, so just be prepared to leave your room earlier if you have a time-sensitive event. There’s a Lawson located within the hotel & an APA onsen as well as a gym and rooftop pool which smaller APAs might not have. There’s also a lot of pink azalea flowers planted here for nice pictures in spring.

Staff were really helpful and did a great job with cleaning rooms and replenishing coffee/onsen clothing/shavers/hairbrush/towels etc. The elevators were quite slow and packed; often we’d have to press “up” and go up the levels so that we’d get a spot to go down the elevator to the ground floor. Also, the rooms were quite small but if you’re only there to sleep and are spending the whole day out, it shouldn’t be too big of an issue - there’s space under the beds for you to store your bags. There are some really great sashimi and ramen restaurants nearby that I recommend checking out. Honestly the onsen/spa after a long day with 20,000 steps was the best part of the day.

2026年1月の金土に利用しました。 大浴場のあるホテルを探していて見つけましたが、価格も安くて満足です。 1人利用でしたが、アップグレードで3人部屋にしていただき、広々と快適に過ごせました。 大浴場も広くてよかったです。外国人の利用者も多いので、人によってはマナーが気になることもあるかもしれませんが、私は特に気になりませんでした。 デメリットを挙げるとすれば、荷物をフロントで預ける際に少し時間がかかった点くらいです。

My room brought me a great view to the city. The room was well maintained - bathroom facilities were tip top, equipped with modern fixtures, well illuminated with spacious area to fit my four big luggages. The lobby was great and many elevators available to access all areas with ease. Lowsen convenient store was on the 2 floor to satisfy our immediate needs. The hotel was just 7 min walk to the train station is helping a lot in our traveling experience.

東京旅行で宿泊しました。 駅から近くて値段が手頃と行く事で利用しました。駅から近くて土地勘のない自分にはとても良かったです。 ご飯を食べる所も駅周辺にあるので心配ありません。大浴場は疲れをとるのに良いですね♪

駅から近く立地が良く周辺に飲食店も多く 大変便利です。国技館が目の前で景観も良いです。娘が仕事の疲れを取りたい時に待ち合わせをして年に数回利用させていただいてます。日常から解放されてゆっくりお風呂に入り部屋でのんびりできるので宿泊するのが楽しみです。

ホテルは両国駅から徒歩5〜7分で好立地、部屋もビューツインでそこまで広くはないですが十分にゆったり過ごせました。価格も良心的で大浴場も広くて快適でした。一点だけキャスティングの調子が悪く、何回トライしても5分ほどで接続が切れてしまうので最後は諦めました、、。下にコンビニもありすごく使いやすいホテルだったのでまた来ます〜！

部屋も立地も最高です。 部屋も綺麗でテレビも大きい（VODも無料。他ではあまり見ない気がします。）し、大浴場もあり、ホテル内にコンビニもあり非常に良いと思います。 強いて言うならば、エレベーターの待ち時間が長いのと、ジムを利用したかったのですが、エレベーターでB1Fに着くと、大浴場とランドリールームしか見つけられませんでした。分かりやすく案内を入れて欲しかったです。あと、31階の眺望を宿泊客が見られるようにしてもらえるといいなあ。と、思いました。 他は言う事無しです。素晴らしいと思います。

The hotel rooms are not able to be cooled AT ALL. The AC is on a central system, so the only option is to heat your room. And in the dead of winter, the room is HOT. We’ve never turned on the heater. You can’t even open the windows. We asked for a fan and apparently all 20 of them were being used (you would think this would be an obvious indicator that their hotel is too damn hot!) (I can’t imagine staying here in summer! We could not sleep at all for 4 nights we were here) The male reception we spoke to was rude when asking for a fan. He wouldn’t even help us reserve a fan. Only once we asked to a manager, he decided to find us a crappy tiny humidifier, which did next to nothing to cool the room. It’s a nice lobby, but that’s about it. Worst hotel out of 7 hotels we tried in Japan over the last 5 weeks

I was very disappointed as we were unable to reach our room due to excessive elevator queues. I was travelling with my family, including a baby and my father in a wheelchair. In total we were seven people with large suitcases, and it was extremely difficult and stressful to manage the situation, especially with my baby crying and no assistance available. There was no proper organization or staff support to help manage guest arrivals, which made the experience very frustrating, particularly for families and guests with accessibility needs. The hotel also does not feel suitable or properly accessible for wheelchair users.

AVOID this hotel if you can! Staff members were friendly. But that is the only good thing about the hotel. Here are the issues that we faced: 1) Hotel room was very small even for Tokyo standards. Two small steps and you will walk from the door to the bed. This means that the toilet is extremely narrow as well- there is no space to even turn around properly. 2) The hotel room was cleaned only once in the 6 days that we stayed at the hotel. This seems to be the norm and it is unacceptable. Cleaning was inadequate too: dust was all around. 3) There is central heating during winter time. The temperature cannot be adjusted at all. It was BOILING hot every night! Window cannot be opened, so we had to prop open the door to let the cool air in, but this means compromising on privacy and security. 4) There are insufficient lifts for the sheer number of guests staying at this hotel. Waiting for the lift takes a very long time each time. 5) The breakfast seriously lacks variety. Same few dishes everyday. The breakfast voucher system is ineffective as well: each guest has to present a date specific paper voucher every morning. Staying for 6 days, we had more than 10 vouchers we had to sort through. We witnessed several guests and ourselves included having to go back to our rooms to get the correct vouchers (and have to deal with the lifts again). There has to be a better system. Overall, just don't bother with the breakfast as there are many affordable meal options outside of the hotel. As a whole, this hotel was the low point of our fantastic holiday in Japan. We were miserable everytime we had to return to this hotel. These issues have ready been flagged out by numerous other guests, but it seems that no improvements were made. I regret not doing proper research before booking, and I have already informed all my family and friends to avoid APA hotels.

トイレがびっくりしたするほど冷たかったです。100均やドラッグストアを探して便座カバー購入して滞在しました。フロントかコンビニ、自販機でも良いので便座カバー販売して欲しいです。 今回8回目のこのホテルちょっとお値段高い部屋を予約しましたけど 1640室はお値段高いですがハズレです。 トイレが1回では流れないです。ほぼ毎回トイレットペーパーが残ります。長押しして流れるのの確認必要があります。 そして残念なことに掃除も行きどといていないです。何故かって部屋のハンガーにかかったハンガーの後ろに前の人の服が掛けてあった！！ 他の部屋は良かったです。他は星3-4かな

いつもお世話になっているホテルです。立地もよく大変便利なホテルです。今回お部屋に空きがあるとの事でチェックイン時に広いお部屋にアップグレードして頂きました。大変快適にツインルームを利用させて頂きました。がこの部屋の位置なのか？構造の問題なのか？滞在中はずっと電波が悪くメール等はWi-Fiで問題ないのですが仕事の電話が全く出来ない…。かかって来ても通話が出来ない。かけても全く相手につながらない。と言う症状に大変不便さを感じました。是非改善してほしいです。一度お部屋を確認してもらうと有難いです。
